The most fun I've had at a salon ever! The owner was very informative about the products used. Very happy with what she did with creative freedom. Definitely knew what she was doing and informed me every step of the way. Also super attentive for anything I may need during the appointment. This salon is perfect for anyone!

The salon is inviting and comfortable. Jenisa is an amazing professional who gets to know your hair and how much effort you want to put into it. I highly recommend them!

Krystal does my hair and I LOVE HER! The salon is always SUPER CLEAN, she is fully sustainable and very in tune with all of the latest styles and trends. She always does exactly what you ask of her and it always comes out great! I highly recommend this salon if you are in the Spring Hill area!

W. A. R. N. I. N. G. The worst haircut and color I have ever had. Krystal the owner of the salon was my stylist. My hair is now uneven, extremely damaged with a large chunk taken out of the back from Krystal using thinning shears. My hair was styled in a shoulder length bob. I just wanted it angled a little at the ends and thinned out a little at the top. I had thick hair before she cut it, not anymore. I asked for wispy bangs and ended up with 1980s bangs that start at the center of my head. The products she used to highlight my hair have ruined it. My hair was not damaged at all before Krystal highlighted it. I've had my hair highlighted before and never had such poor results. I was so upset when I left. I called the salon to let Krystal know how upset I was, which I should have done before I left but I think I was in shock after paying almost $300 for this mess. Her reply was that I must have not liked the picture that I showed her of how I wanted my hair to look, which my hair looks nothing like. So apparently my uneven, damaged, chopped up hair was my fault because I didn't like the picture I showed her of how I wanted my hair done. LOL She said that she would give me free haircuts from now on. Why would I go back for her to ruin my hair even more? I usually don't do this rating thing, but this was so bad and I don't want anyone else to have to deal with it. Hair grows back but when it looks bad you don't feel like your best self. I would have given her no stars but I wasn't sure if it would post.

Krystal took the time to figure out my hair type, my routine and what I was hoping to achieve. She didn't just dive right in from the photo provided. She discussed options, upkeep and so on. Her shop is extremely clean. Hands down the cleanest salon I've ever set foot in. She is a king and beautiful soul who genuinely cares about you being happy when you leave her chair. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Customer service is exceptional, and she is enthusiastic about answering any of your questions and teaching you how to style your cut. Krystal is who did my hair and I'm beyond pleased. I went in with faded blue hair with a lot of root growth. She gave my a full hair transformation and has the best personality.
