My favorite club whenever I’m in Miami. Ladies night is such a vibe. The weekends are a vibe. Great music, great time!

They don’t allow Birkenstocks! You don’t deserve my money. It’s Florida. Get over ya damn self.

One of the few more casual bars in brickell with more of a club vibe on the back end that they’ve redone in the last year or so to make it less unfinished basement feel. Different DJ for each area so you can switch vibes.

Starts getting filled around 11: 30 - probably 60/40 women to men (on this particular Saturday night)

I had such a fun time visiting! They have a great atmosphere, there are also some fun drinks too. I also loved how they had a sit down section to just to chat with your friends and play board games. They also had a club side too so you could really pick your own energy at that time.

The dark esthetic and plants everywhere were totally my vibe. If you’re looking for a chill place to drink a few and relax with your friends or dance with your partner then this is the place for you!

Very cool bar. Love the atmosphere. Ladies night on Tuesday is amazing. The dj's were great.

Im not sure if John still owns black bird but its kind pf like Purdy all over again! I love this spot. Crowd is a bit on the younger side but cool vibes

Bouncer turned away 25 year old based on a personal grudge but seen letting underage girls in.
Bouncer made a scene in-front of everyone.
Better off going down the street to literally any other club.

Not a bad place, but as a tourist I wasn't feeling very comfortable and service at the bar wasn't very friendly.

Been on Sunday and Saturday nights
Saturday is the night- two parts to the bar/ club. Sunday was less packed
I would consider this a club but maybe it’s a bar idk
It got SUPER RAM PACKED on Saturday night.
Music was good, people dancing having a good time! There is a lot of vibes

Maybe $8 /beer
Crowd is more rough though, all types of people
People were smoking/ vaping in there which I don’t like
No need to wear heels - wear comfy shoes because you will be standing- nowhere really to sit

Good music. Good vibes. Cool people. No fighting. No fussing. Just a great time. Bathroom was clean (ladies). 1942 margaritas were a hit. Totally recommended. Be sure to get vip. The dance floor can get very congested

Went for happy hour and received tokens for free drinks whenever. Slow paced, decent drinks and good prices

DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE INSULTED!
The atmosphere inside was great. Music was R&B. There was a DJ. Bartenders were really nice. But later I Had a TERRIBLE experience with Security outside, One of the bouncers, light skinned with Curly hair was very vulgar and verbally abusive, only because I left the venue to pick up my girlfriend and come back. He didn’t want to tap me down multiple times. He threatened to not let me and my girlfriend inside the venue, had an augmented sense of authority and egoism, it almost escalated to a physical brawl. Thankfully a tall black gentleman, other security outside (who spoke some creole) was there to diffuse the situation, and was far more calm and very respectful. I’m NEVER coming back. I’m telling EVERYONE I meet not to go there unless they want to be insulted by the so called “security” outside.

My boyfriend came out to pick me up to enter the place, the security guy at the entrance told my boyfriend that he couldn't go in and out all the time. He asked me for my ID, never looked at me and completely ignored me, very rude. I treat my boyfriend very badly we only went in because my boyfriend had his credit card inside the place. We stayed for a short time, and when we also left, the same guy at the entrance made comments out of place, and aggressively towards my boyfriend.

It's a shame that because of that guy at the entrance, the place is ruined, hopefully they replace it so that people choose to continue coming.

Great place, it became my favorite bar when I was visiting pretty quickly.this was the type of dance floor I was looking for and I couldn't find it in miami and they were playing the type of music I was looking for.the only thing I wish was I wish they were playing louder music and I wish the DJ had a little more style.it's downtown miami that should be given.but ey things can't be perfect.other then that from the bit of bar hopping I did this one was the best
. Tuesday was busier then Friday. Thursday was funner then Friday.check it out for sure.

The people working the door are not very nice and inside the place it was crowded. The dance floor is way too small and I had drinks spilled on me all night. I will say the DJ for the most part was pretty good which is why we probably stayed for a while. Overall would go somewhere else but grateful for the experience.

Finally a not overly pretentious bar in the heart of brickle AND it's affordable who would've thought?

Black bird is Great for happy hours, weekend dancing (they have a club on the backside open weekends only) and just overall board game hangs. New Orleans vibes in Miami. Which we very much needed. We miss Nola.
