I would like to start off by saying how professional this shop was, especially for bringing in my car on a Sunday, Communication was on point from booking the appointment to Finalizing the job! It was worth the 45 minute drive for me and fast service! I can highly recommend these guys for your tints and much more!

I took my wife's Ford Explorer for a windshield tint, but initially, I wasn't happy with it due to small gaps between the rearview mirror and the tint. It felt like having blackout curtains with a sliver of light leaking through. Fortunately, they were understanding and replaced the tint at no cost. The service was exceptional; places like Amazon and Chick-fil-A could learn a thing or two from them. It was undoubtedly their pleasure to serve me, and I'll be bringing my newly purchased Tesla Model Y for a full wrap around tint in the next few days.

My experience with Blackout Window tint was amazing. Although I took a while to make my booking, they were ready to receive me with open arms. Everybody within is very polite and was able to answer all my stupid and normal questions.

They had a box inside for you to see (and feel) the differences between their normal and ceramic films, and also are willing to advise you the best choice of tint for your needs. I got my 2018 Accord tinted with 15% sides, 40% windshield, ceramic all around. Since then, my car has been much cooler and I've been able to take my mom around (who has Lupus) on much longer trips outside!

I just want to say that Jay and Francis over at blackout did a spectacular job on my Cadillac! I would highly recommend them. For window tinting and wrapping. They have done special wrapping on my hood. Entire wrapping on my car. Getting ready to design something that I picked out for my truck and they are able to put it on there. The highly recommend these guys above and beyond anyone else. I am a respectable business owner. Five star business owner in Osceola county. And I wouldn't recommend anyone and back them up if I didn't believe it to be so. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job. And you just don't find that very often these days. But you will definitely find it at blackout! Thank you again guys looking forward to doing more things in the future with you and God bless!

The guys that work here are so courteous and nice and on top of everything you have something wrong that will take care of it for you with no hesitations. I'm really happy I came here and got my tints done from them. Some other place that would have probably ripped me off they're really good guys.

Blackout has an outstanding, friendly, professional customer service! They have a waiting room with a tv, video games, complimentary drinks while you wait! They update you on the time left of your service and always come out with great quality leaving their customers satisfied! They also have luminous tints and regular black tints!

Got my tints done with amazing guys about a year ago. Decided to take my girls car to get it tinted too and they did a great job. Definitely the best in the game!
