Gives you a 4 hour window and doesn’t show or notify the homeowner of their lateness or provide a justification. Clearly they think people have free time to cancel work or other priorities to sit and wait for them. Florida’s so called business companies have really brought the WORST out of me! It’s a shared unprofessionalism statewide! I understand and take in consideration THINGS HAPPEN but for the love of GOD, inform the client what’s going on! Obviously that’s a tremendous task for majority of these companies. Only had business with this company because of warranty partnership with Taylor Morrison!
