Blackwater Creek Koi Farm, Eustis FL

I had a issue with a few fish died in shipping, I called and they took care of it right away. Very professional, Great quality fish, good customer service, couldnt ask for a better experience with having live animals shipped.
I waited 2 almost 3 weeks to leave a review to see how these fish are. Well they are great i was able to have my peanuts coming up to me and feeding out of my hand within 2 weeks! Very smart beautiful good quality fish!

Although the fish are beautiful, the customer service is absolutely top notch! Wonderful and caring folks that take pride in helping others. I am very impressed and have told others this will be my go to for koi from now until the end of my fishkeeping days.

We purchased 8 koi as part of a pond pack and they are lovely. Very nice selection shipped to us in Virginia. Excellent prices for the size. Five Stars!

Great company i ordered the small box of 100-125 koi and i am so happy with my purchase i got my koi 2 days after i ordered them and they arrived at the exact estimated time and did not have any dead fish at all. All the koi are very healthy and have beautiful coloring. I couldn't have been more pleased with this company

I ordered the Small Pack, the variety was absolutely stunning and I had a 0% mortality rate when acclimating them.
They are all super healthy and happy so make sure to watch out because some will try to jump out of the tank.
If they are this gorgeous this young then I cannot even begin to imagine how beautiful they will be when they get older.
All in all the experience was magical for me and I cannot wait to order from next year's spawns <3

Bought a beautiful asagi butterfly koi (I now call skip) a couple months ago & he is doing just fine (growing like a weed) in his new 3500 gal home with his other koi friends, got a good price on 2 bags of med & lg food as well.will be shopping with them in the future!

I have had the best experience with Blackwater Creek Koi Farm. I ordered 100-125 peanut (baby) koi from them and received them safe and sound. I was really concerned how well they would travel from Fl.to Oh.but I had no reason for concern. The company answered all questions promptly and efficiently. I have told so many people if they wanted to buy koi, this is where to go. Their reasonable, ESPECIALLY with the baby koi. You can’t find them in any pet shop, or fish store for near that price. Ordered a small peanut koi package. They took great care in packing and shipping them. Customer service was phenomenal, they answered any enquires I had. They sent many varieties of koi, no DOA. Beautiful fish, will definitely be using their services again. All in all it was a pleasure ordering from them. They clearly take great care and pride in what they do.

They are only open to the public on Thursdays. I called on Tuesday and set up an appointment with them.everything was set so I booked a hotel in the local area because I live 3 hours away.
I left to drive there on Thursday and called Blackwater creek to let them know I was on the way.he called me back when I was half way there and told me he had to cancel my appointment because he had another appointment coming. I explained I had booked a room and was half way there but he said I still could not come.
I asked if i could come the next morning and he said no.
VERY VERY VERY unprofessional.
