Site says they close at 9: 30, I went in at 7 to do my laundry, when I walked in the attendant said that she was leaving at 8 and that I needed to make it quick. I had 4 to 5 loads of laundry to do, so I went somewhere else

Been going to this laundry for the past 10 years.very unfortunate incident when someone Stole my son's gym clothes on Sunday. Under new ownership and never experienced this before.people leave their clothes all the time and come back expecting them to be there. Hopefully cameras can catch the Thief.

This laundromat has been around a long time. And everyone in there is super nice. I went to 2 of the new laundromats in the Area did not like how they felt very big machines. No room felt like I was going through amaze.

We have always had good experiences here until yesterday. My fiancé went to do our laundry last night and the laundromat unexpectedly closed over 2 hours before posted time on both Google and on the door, without any warning. No sign on the door, no warning from the attendant, nothing. He showed up to pick up our things from the dryer at 7: 30 (he started the load at about 6: 45) and it was randomly closed.
Not to mention, this morning when he went at 7 AM to get our stuff (assuming it had just finished drying when they closed early) it was paused and there were still 44 minutes left on the dryer. He started the dryer with 47 minutes total. Meaning less than 3 MINUTES after he started the dryer, the attendant manually stopped it and locked up and left. Leaving our clothes soaking wet all night when it was supposed to still be open for over 2 more hours.
The worst part about this is that the attendant said NOTHING to him when he put the stuff in the dryer, like, "We are closing in 3 minutes. " They said nothing. So, not only was he late to work this morning to pick up our stuff, but after seeing it was still soaking wet and having to start the dryer again, I had to leave work on my only break to go pick it up.
Not to mention, the reason we were doing laundry last night is because we leave for a trip immediately after work today, and we did not get to pack last night because all of our things were unexpectedly held up here last night and now we will have to frantically pack in 5 minutes before we leave today.
This is so unacceptable - both for the hours to be outdated on all platforms, and *especially* unacceptable for the attendant not saying anything to us about closing early, 3 minutes before she closed up. And stopping our cycle and intentionally leaving our clothes soaking wet all night at only 7pm. The door says "earliest we will close is 8: 30". If that is not true, fix it.
We like this laundromat, it is one of the nicer ones and good location, but this was such a fiasco and so unpredictable that we may have to find a new one. So disappointed.

Generally had good experiences in the past, but they need to post updated or more consistent hours. Went there a few weeks ago and the attendant told me they closed at 8: 30 when Google said 9: 30, so I was unable to fully dry my clothes. Today, they appeared to have closed at 7: 30, a full hour before they closed last time I was there. Imagine my surprise when I drive back up to pick up my clothes from the dryer at 7: 45 and find the lights turned off and doors chained. This is unacceptable. There were no posted hours, nobody warned us they were closing early today. Now I will have to be late to work tomorrow so I can pick up our clothes in the morning. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and incredibly inconvenient. We will likely be considering a different laundromat in the future.

Visited this laundry in June 2023, and used a large washer to wash linen. The washer did not spin the water from the linen and my laundry had to be changed to a different washer to spin the water out. On observation about 15 of the washers and dryers had an "out of order" sign posted. Would not visit again because of poor maintenance of the equipment.

I had the worst experience today at this laundromat. I brought in several loads of laundry to wash and dry. After several cycles, loads I placed in the dryers were not getting dried. I mentioned it to the attendant who proceeded to tell me to add more money. I did just that. The items still were not dried. There was a gentleman with her who told me to switch the dryer. I did just that. The clothes still wasn’t dried enough. When I brought it up to another attendant, she opened the dry to feel whether my clothes was wet or not. She told her manager that the clothes weren’t dry and he proceeded to tell her to tell me that he doesn’t issue refunds. I explained to the attendant that all I wanted was to dry my clothes. I’m wasn’t asking for a refund. I just want them dried. She says that there ain’t nothing they can do. I should just keep putting money in the dryer and eventually it will dry. At this point, I am completely flabbergasted at their level of carelessness.

I removed my items from the dryer because it was apparent that the situation would not get resolved. While I waited for my last load to dry, I instructed a customer to not use any of the dryers that I did, as it would be a waste of money. The attendant comes to me and tells me that I could not disclose hat information to other customers and I needed to leave the laundromat immediately or she would call the police. While my clothes were still spinning in the dryer I was getting kicked out. So, I spent $25 on lackluster washer and dryers. I should have taken pictures of the washing machine to show the mold that had been building up around the detergent shoot. I would never in my life step foot at this facility nor would I recommend anyone to waste their time and money there. Worst experience. Horrible customer service. And terrible management.

Hidden gem. It’s the one of the only laundromats in town that I’ve been to without homeless people loitering harassing you and or asking for money. Wash-around the clock has newer machines but every location has homeless people many of which are genuinely aggressive.

It’s tucked away in a decent part of town near many office buildings. The equipment is old but works fine and the folks working there are nice + keep the place clean.

Dog beds! I had three stinky dog beds covered in hair. I'm so glad to have found you! All three beds look brand new and smell fresh! I'll definitely be bringing them back.

I was there at 7: 45. The sign clearly says the last wash can be started at 8: 00. The attendant lied to me. Other people were finishing up their laundry so I know the machines were working. She said she turns off the water at 8 and I would lose my money. That was after she said the machines were acting up and I pointed out that other patrons had done their laundry. This left me in a terrible bind as my wife was leaving town at 8 a.m. And our washing machine broke with a load of sopping wet clothes. I drove 20 miles (we live in the country) because mapquest and the website said they were open until 9: 30. The photos prove it. I would NEVER recommend this place and will try to find out who owns it to lodge a complaint.

The laundromate is operating old worn out equipments but they still work for the most part. The place looks cluttered and disorganized. It doesn't look very inviting. Considering how awful all the other laundromates look like in Tallahassee this maybe the only one that's fit to use.

Our washer broke and the warranty company could not schedule a service call for two and a half weeks. We are doing our second wash here (we bring the clothes home to dry them). The facility is clean with plenty of machines in varying sizes. The clothes come out clean and the front loaders remove most of the water so they dry quickly at home. The attendants have both been very helpful. They make change and are happy to assist us a quarter gets lodged. There are benches out front if you want some fresh air while you wait. And a convenience store next door if you need a snack. The machines still take quarters which we prefer prefer to a card. Thank you Blairstone Coin Laundry for making a difficult situation a little easier.

Nice clean place. Did a great job washing, drying and folding my Mom's clothes. Great price too.

Very disappointed with response to very soapy rinse. I used one pod in 30 pound washer. Paid for extra cycle so would be well rinsed. Lady running store sent soapy rinse pictures to owners. They refused to rewash in another washer. Only 1 of 3 loads I had a problem with.
