This was my first and only experience with Blanca Marble and Granite. At first things were looking good, a knowledgeable guy came out with some high tech equipment to measure the cabinets for the counter top. At that point they had to order material and fabricate the counter top, which took about two weeks. The day before the install, we got a call saying they cut one of the pieces too short and needed to order another half slab and it would be another two weeks for that but, they would like to come and install the pieces that were cut right the following day, which we agreed to because at that point some was better than none.
The two installers that came were terrible they tore a spice cabinet completely off the wall, we ended up having to get a new one, they mounted the sink crooked, I was told, because it is glued in, there is not much you can do with that now, they braced the sink up with some cracked up wood that came from an old pallet instead of the correct pieces designed to mount the sink, and there was another issue with the backsplash that we didn't know about yet.
When the other piece came in and was fabricated two different installers came and set it in place. The new piece although it was obvious it was the same material it was a much lighter color and did not match the first piece at all. We would have been happy with either one but it now looks like two different countertops. The installer called the office so we could talk to his manager and all she would say is it is from the same lot number and same block and repeated herself at least six times as if we were stupid and started getting irate. So I guess we are stuck with it.
My hat is off to the second installers they were good. The back splash issue I mentioned before ended up requiring two splices that are virtually un-noticeable and they removed the pallet wood from under the sink and put in the correct mounts.

Will never use again and would not recommend to anyone at all! Nonexisting customer service, empty promises, one truly unhappy customer.

Blanca did a great job on my quartz countertops and backsplash. They were very timely in getting the job scheduled and completed. The fabricator did a wonderful job working with the two slabs I chose and making sure they were cut and installed in the best way to matchup, show off and maximize the design of the veins. They were able to minimize the # of seams needed for a smooth and continuous look. The installation team was very professional and hard working. I highly recommend Blanca Marble & Granite.

This is the 1st time I’ve used them. They exceeded my expectations! I’m a general contractor and will definitely use them for my upcoming projects. The price was fair, the work was great, the personalities were really easy to get along with. They respond promptly to calls/texts. Kudos!

They installed my kitchen and two bath vanities on one of my remodel condos. Great selection of quartz and quick fabrication. They took time to install countertops correctly and drill faucet holes. Good job on cleaning up the jobsite afterward.

This was the first time I used them and will definitely use them on the next project. Good pricing, great quality, courteous staff, for less $$ than the competition.

Horrible. Large slab had sink pocket cut wrong location. Large outside radius should have been 12" radius but was cut 6" radius. Called office and suddenly became my fault and problem. Installers reply was we didnt make it. Office staff horrible. Any problem with stone it will be your fault and expected to eat all cost if fixable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FABRICATOR. Paid for install but refused to sign satisfied paperwork.

I have used this company for at least 5 projects, they are professionals, delivered on time, at this moment I a using them at my own house and they are giving me 1st class service.

Great store. Has the best brands like silestone and Dekton and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Price very reasonable.

I DO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with them. They are very unprofessional, rude and didn’t resolve my problem, so I end up losing money and time.

The team at Blanca was professional and efficient with our countertops. We put porcelain in the bathrooms and had 3 slabs of quartz for the kitchen. I highly recommend working with them.

This place is by far the best in counter tops and cabinets. They are very professional and attentive their work is amazing clean and done to perfection. Recently I ordered some counter top and was surprisingly how quickly they responded and installation was a breeze. I'm glad I know this place and I was very comfortable shopping here.

I'm confident that their prices cannot be beat and their quality of install is on par with the best. You can tell their install team has a lot of experience. Their measurements were spot on (my counters had angles) and the final result is flawless. 5 stars, easily.
