Bliss Beauty Salon, Hialeah FL

My mom went into get her hair done last week. She paid $250+ for highlights, a base color retouch, a haircut, and blowdry. She left completely unhappy with the service. When I saw her hair closely, they left her roots splotchy and brassy. Despite the cut, the last three inches of her ends are still over-processed, and they still missed some sections of hair when they were touching up the roots. Sicne you don't see all the mistakes from the front, they didn't comunicate any of this to her and let her walk out of the salon like the photos below. I've seen better work at beauty schools. See for yourself and decide if this is the salon for you.

Beware don’t go there don’t waste your money there I was rip off the nail lady does not do nails correctly and they charge for everything beware. They charge to the people they want different charges.never again will go there.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. The first time I went it just a trimming my ends i ended up with a terrible haircut and i was just told by the owner “dont worry your young it will grow back” which honestly just made more upset. I decided to give this salon another try because I followed them on instagram and saw that they do balayages for $90, i went in and had my hair done by owner I showed her pictures of I wanted she told me not to worry she knew what she was doing. All i can say is that ended up something that wasn’t even close to what asked or a balayage. I decided not to blowdry my hair so i left and paid thinking once my hair was dry it would better. I returned that same day to confronted the owner about what she did. She pretty much called me a liar and said i never showed the pictures of i wanted and that with time my hair would better and that she was not going to return my money. This place definitely lost a customer owner is rude and disrespectful and didn’t even have the decency to say “hey listen im sorry for the inconvenience let me fix your hair”. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Go to an a salon where actually know what they are doing even if it means paying alot of money.
