Good experience, good massage.
Clean, pleasant staff! A group of 4 ladies, everyone was pleased. Only issue, PARKING, horrible. Even though I called to ask, no help or advice. But, a member of staff later told one of us, we could have used some local lot.
Would return next time in Savannah!

My friend and I got massages here and it was wonderful! I could barley stand up I was so relaxed afterwards! Jennifer was excellent and really worked out all my knots!

I had a massage and it was wonderful. She asked me about places to focus on and really helped my back.

On vacation and went for and booked 80 min facial and received a 50 min one. In that 50 mins it was not relaxing at all not one minute! I have facials routinely and when we walked into room she told me to get under sheets. I said undress top up? Yes if you want me to treat neck. Okay? ! I am not sure the technician is new or not but not welcoming at all. No, are you comfortable on table? No neck support, head on hard table. Luckily I was able to move the bolus under my legs, myself. I asked her what the treatments consisted of and she walked me through. I explained to her I planned to be back out on the beach for the weekend and I didn’t want any treatment that would not allow me to be back out in sun. I said of course I will have sunscreen on and under umbrella. There was no nice relaxing face massage but rushed rapid finger movements. The exfoliation that she used was burning severely and asked her if that was normal and she said it shouldn’t be anything that you can’t tolerate. Well needless to say I had her remove it immediately even though she said it won’t burn you. Again, I have had numerous facials and never have I had one that felt like my face was on fire. So not what a $100 facial should feel like. Very disappointing!

If you decide to book an appointment at this spa, be sure you book with Hailey. She is the only person at this spa that is knowledgeable AND a great attitude. Every other person I encountered was rude and nasty. Certainly does not make for a relaxing spa day. Would not recommend

My husband and I did a couple massage for his birthday. He prefers a lot of pressure, so I asked for deep pressure for him. He loved it. I chose to do medium pressure my massage was amazing as well!

Came for a couples massage, my massage was great but my husbands masseuse left bruises all over his back, she went way to hard on him and he has only had one massage before and thought this was normal. Would not recommend

Very knowledgeable on multiple techniques to address my problem areas. Will definitely be back.
