Changed appointment, manager at this location also isn’t as warm and kind as the other girls working here are. I usually get my hair done with one of the ladies in particular who is so kind and does my hair so nice each time. I did not like the way it was done this time

Nina is my middle name, my appointment wasn’t under that.

They changed my appointment length & cost with no conversation. I received an email that my dry style changed to a custom up-do. I left in the comments when booking my appointment that I wanted the retro waves as shown on Blo blow’s style guide on the website. If they needed more time and/or a different price point they should have CALLED me as the customer to discuss as I would have just changed to some type of plain curl. Because they already changed the appointment length & cost without discussing with me first, I canceled completely as I do not want to deal with arguing with someone about what I booked and what I wanted. In my eyes, a dry style with hair down IS a dry style with hair down, not a custom up-do, and if it is going to be classified as that the site should specify it. I go to the Coral Springs location sometimes & very much have liked my experiences there. They call or text me if there’s something up. Sad this location seems to be different.

I was in town for a wedding and made an Appointment to get my hair styled. Mendy did a beautiful job-I received lots of compliments and the style stayed in place all evening. Very nice person who took her time and aimed to please!

Awful experience here, parking impossible, no such thing as customer service. Save your money and your time.

Another great blowout today! Jessica is a perfectionist. From a relaxing hair wash to a perfectly styled blow out. My hair feels and looks amazing!

I visited this location during a recent Miami trip and had an amazing experience! I wish i'd gotten my stylist's name (she had super long, gorgeous brown hair and told me about her son, if that helps!) because she was so lovely and accommodating.she even used my own products due to my skin allergies, and gave me gorgeous waves that lasted for DAYS even in the Florida heat/humidity.if i'm ever back in Miami, i'll absolutely visit again.side note: pleeeeease Blo, open up a location in Westchester, NY where i live and in Disney Springs! I promise the Westchester girls and the Disney fans would love it.:)

Had an amazing blowout with Ana. She was on time and professional. Hair came out great and ready for the day!

DO NOT GO HERE! I had an appointment for 6 for a blowout and as I’m sitting in chair she cancels on me so she won’t be late for her next appointment an hour away. Even thought it was a simple blowout. She was very rude and extremely immature. I try not to judge based off looks but she was horribly presented for working in a hair salon in the first place. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

Been coming here for years, stylists are the best. Can’t recommend Jessica enough, always styling beautiful curls/ waves on my hair.

Great experience. We had two appointments booked at one time which they accommodated for us. My hair turned out perfect for an evening wedding!
