Wow, I had such an amazing experience at Blond. My hairstylist Sandy took AMAZING care of me, and I can’t be more grateful to her. She transformed my hair so beautifully from brown to blonde highlights and she was so meticulous, professional, gentle, kind, and so caring. Not only did she explain all the steps and keep me informed throughout my whole visit, but she also educated me on the best hair products and what I can do to maintain the best care of my hair. It was absolutely beautiful to see how excited and happy she was to be on my new hair journey with me. I am so blessed to have met her, and I truly appreciate her. She is phenomenal. My consutation visit with Alex today was delightful. She answered my questions adequately. She has experience with my type of fine, thin white/grey silverish hair. She suggested things I can research as I am embracing this new direction. I left pleased from the experience. And with some new cleaner products to use in my hair that will not yellow my white hair. I decided on whim this week that I was going to gift myself some highlights for christmas. Booking was easy and I was so glad I ended up choosing Tori. I spoke with Bella (receptionist) a few times to work out an appointment time issue and she was always so sweet on the phone even with my scheduling issues. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Reese who made the most delicious iced coffee for me to enjoy during my appointment. When I got in the chair, Tori listened to what I wanted, discussed her ideas on how to execute it and was all around great. The atmosphere was peaceful, easy and comfortable in the most adorably decorated space. Tori even gave me some pointers on how to curl my hair as she styled it. I left feeling beautiful and LOVING my hair. I really can’t wait to go back again!

Sandy is AMAZING! She did an absolute work of art on my hair. With very little pictures, I described to her what I wanted for my hair, and she made it happen! Sandy worked with my natural colors to achieve an amazing, beautiful, "lived-in" look, with subtle highlights, making my natural red come through. Exactly what I wanted. She takes the time, and precision needed to get you your dream hair. She's up to date on trends and hair fashion, knowledgeable, and patient, making her work exceptional. She gets to know your hair first before taking the scissors or dye to it, asking questions and guiding you about how different styles will look. She's not pushy. She'll advise with her professional and knowledgeable opinion and let you decide. I have thick, heavy, wavy hair, requiring each snip and color to be precise and accurate. Sandy did it to perfection, I look forward to my next visit!

IF YOU HAVE BLACK HAIR DONT BOTHER!
I had heard all the rave reviews about this salon with people who specialize in coloring hair. I was excited to be able to set an appointment to have them review the bundles of human hair that I would be using for my weave. The Specialist took the time to look at the product as well as my own hair and confirmed that this was an easy thing to do as they also specialize in adding extensions to their clients hair. I made my appointment and actually prepaid for my hair to be colored and left my bundle of hair at the salon. Only to receive a phone call a couple of days later to inform me that the owner of the salon had just recently decided to enforce and obscure policy of not allowing any other hair other than what they provide for extensions and not coloring any other hair other than the extensions that they provide. So I was told that I would be receiving a refund and to come by and pick up my bundle of hair! Needless to say I was very and extremely disappointed as well as offended. They may claim that they have the best coloring experts and extension experts, but I wouldn't know that since apparently they only work with Caucasian hair and do not provide service for ethnic or African-American human hair. I think that whatever policy they have in place should have been applied at the time I made my appointment and after the fact is just a poor excuse, and very poor customer service. I will not be referring any clients to that location

Absolutely loved my color service with Sandy. She was particular, thorough and made me feel super comfortable. She has passion for what she does and it shows!

I absolutely love this place. I booked a session with Sandy for partial highlights with a money piece. During the consultation I explained I wanted to lighten my look (I'm naturally brunette) without going COMPLETELY blonde. I told Sandy about my previous experience going light and how the products used by previous hairdressers ruined my naturally curly hair pattern in the past. I also wanted a cut without sacrificing the length of my hair. Sandy reassured me she would go "slow and steady" while lightening my look. The day of my appointment she was informative throughout the entire process constantly telling which products she was using on me as well and why and how it was going to help achieve my look. I LOVED the outcome leaving the salon, however, I was still nervous about whether the texture of my curl pattern would hold up when I washed my hair and it was no longer blown out. Thankfully Sandy stayed true to her word and my curl pattern was just as beautiful even with my hair being naturally worn. Needless to say I will be back when these highlights grow out! Thanks Sandy!

I will also like to mention, the aesthetic at the salon was sooo cozy and although I don't wear extensions, if I ever chose to this would 1000% be the place I'd go. All the hairdressers, including Sandy, are well educated in high tie extensions and I watched multiple women leave with the most beautiful heads of hair!
