Bloomin' Basket Florist

My little girl had surgery last night, since all of our family lives back in NY and couldn’t be here with us, they decided they’d send my little girl some flowers. When the flowers arrived we noticed the card was signed by someone by the name of “Holly”…. Mind you there’s nobody in our family named Holly!
Besides the wrong name on the card, we also received the Wrong flowers! My mother called the florist and instead of them accommodating her for their mistake, and refunding her the money for flowers she paid which have clearly been sent to someone else, they have also requested that I (the mother of the child who just had surgery!) drive to the florist myself and EXCHANGE them for other flowers! I’m sickened and disgusted by their lack of customer service, and their lack of consideration! We will never order from this florist again! It’s sad that this florist will now lose our business because they don’t and won’t right their wrong!

I live out of state and needed a last minute flower arrangement. Bloomin’ basket has Wonderful customer service & Beautiful flowers! Today is my sisters birthday so I called mid morning to see if they did same day orders. They do, depending on the zip code. Woo! I spoke with Kathy & she was great! I told her my budget & occasion & she immediately described a beautiful bouquet for my sister with card… they had the order to her house this afternoon and my sister sent me a picture: the flowers are fresh, vibrant & so beautiful! I appreciate them so much! Thank you Kathy & bloomin’ basket!

I ordered the flowers for my daughters retirement party from the Navy. I just felt in love with it. Nice fresh flowers, color was great very nice arranged and packed. This was in June of 2022. And will be ordering again for her birthday.
