This is my dog's primary vet and they are affordable, prompt and caring. I actually travel far to go to this vet for great care!

We took our kitten to Bloomingdale's to have her declawed last week and they took excellent care of her! She came home happy and feeling great. We are thankful they were able to do the procedure, without making me feel bad, because it allowed us to keep the kitten we would have otherwise not been able to home.

Wonderful staff. Took my Princess in and they treated her very well. Very informative, good prices. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. Front desk staff is sweet. I have nothing bad to say! I left with a happy pup!

Dr. Ramirez is knowledgeable and spends time with the clients (pet and owner). Staff is very efficient waiting time can be 15-30 mins.

The team provides courteous, thorough, and professional service. April, our tech, was patient, helpful, and understanding, and our vet, Dr. Duvall, was beyond kind and warm. She made today’s visit as comfortable as possible for our dogs and made us feel heard and our dogs genuinely cared for. The only thing I’d love to be better is for the location itself to be easier to get in to, but the team is worth that minor inconvenience. Thanks, all!

If there was an option for 0 stars I’d choose it! I took my best friend there to get a blood work, but the specialist there said he has some type of allergy and refused to take his blood work for he was “confident” he knew what the issue is, he gave us some antibiotics and cream charged me $200! We’re a few days in and my best friend skin is peeling off and he’s in more pain than what he was in before we took him there. For the negligence of the specialist my best friend is now suffering possibly dying because of his cowardice and laziness for not taking heed of my concerns. Don’t take your pet to this place if you care for their heath and well being!

I could not be more grateful for the loving care my Bruno (cat) received for several months due to kidney failure. Dr. Duvall was thorough and caring. The techs who gave Bruno his fluids several times a week were compassionate and loving to him. In particular, April and Dalton were superb with Bruno. The front desk staff was always sweet to Bruno and would greet him every time we came. We felt cared for, and it helped make the experience easier. I had to say goodbye to Bruno soon after the hurricane, and I had to go to a different vet as BAH was without power. Again, thank you for everything. I even received a lovely card with a personal note that meant the world.

Horrible Animal Hospital. Dr. Duvall was condescending and extremely rude feeling that she knew what she was talking about, and it turned out that she was completely wrong about her diagnosis. And you can constantly hear the entire staff gossiping and belittling clients through the walls. There is obviously no insulation. Discusting place.

They have been so good to my fur babies. Both are seniors and one recently passed over the Rainbow Bridge. That was so tough but they were very supportive.

This week was my first visit with both my dogs. The first visit was with my dog, Angel. Dr. Duvall was the vet that day and she was amazing. She went above and beyond to make a connection with Angel, who was VERY anxious (she has always hated going to the vet). I couldn't believe Angel went in the back with the vet assistant without resistance. Dr. Duvall was very knowledgeable about Angel's condition and took the time to really listen to what I had to say, which is super important to me. My next visit was for my dog, Twix, and this time I got Dr. Ramirez. He was so incredibly patient with all of my questions, and, as with Dr Duvall, I love how he answered each question directly and to the point, which showed me he was really listening to me. His answers were chock full of knowledge. I feel 100% confident that both my dogs are in good hands. Oh, and kudos to the vet assistants and the front desk personnel as well! Such caring people. I could not have been happier with both of my visits!

Dr Duvall and Dr Ramirez truly treat their animals like their own. Their love and compassion are matched only by their skill in medicine. You could find no one better to care for your pets.

We took our beautiful pet in to see DeVall, she diagnosed him with diabetes but unfortunately we met with Ramirez. We were concern about him not eating for 3 days and next steps but he was more concerned about testing for Cushing. We asked again about how to help him at this moment and he stated, “ I’ve already told you but obviously you did not understand, so I am going to say it again but this time SLOWLY so you can get it. ” It was demeaning and sad because he was the one that did not understand our major concern at the moment. We took our pet to Fetch and they admitted him and addressed his immediate needs. He’s better but still has a long way to go. I don’t recommend him at all.

My mom asked on FB if there were any other good animal hospitals nearby, since Bloomingdale Animal Hospital had a 4 week wait to see our dog. A few days later, she got a call saying they were closing our dogs' file, and to not come back.

We have been going to this practice for over a decade, with Dr. Buck, before the current vets worked here. Sad to see how petty the current owners are, willing to discard customers over a FB post. We are going to Harmony now.
