6Had Blue Atlantis Inc.family duo come to the house to replace and install a pool pump. Awesome work and very professional. Would use them again any time. Got the job done in no time.
I was looking for top professionalism and good value, and that's what I got from Dave at Blue Atlantis. He and his team were personable, reasonable and responsive to accommodating the details of our pool project. I'm glad we went with Blue Atlantis.
Non responsive talked to him 4 different times trying to firm up a date and always get the same response, he ask me if he already did a bid, all 4 times I talked to him. The bid was completed on 9-24-2020. I had to leave messages that were never returned. When he does return calls he acts like he has never talked to you. Very disappointed in the upfront process.
You said 4 to 6 weeks the bid was given on 9-24-2020 it’s now 11-23-2020 well past the 4 to 6 weeks

Do yourself a favor and just call Blue Atlantis for any pool problems or service you need. Dave is honest, fair priced, and truly cares about the work he does. I was going crazy trying to figure out what was wrong with my pool and why it turned green no matter how many chemicals I used. I asked them to come take a look and within minutes he found the problem. My DE filter was not working, baffles were torn or broken. He showed me everything and explained exactly what the options were.
I was really worried it was going to cost a fortune to replace but unlike some who might have tried to up-sell me to a new system, Dave explained the outer housing was still in good shape, no need to spend hundreds when I could instead replace the baffles. I went from a green mess to crystal clear and perfect in a couple days. I would recommend them to anyone with a pool.
We had our pool resurfaced never done a process like this before. Dave was very efficient in his response to my request to get an estimate, he inspected the pool and gave me a very informed estimate and the expectation for my finished pool. This has to be one of the best processes I have every gone through, he runs and honest business, and he is reasonable on his pricing going way beyond my expectations. He is thorough and answered all my questions the man knows his stuff. He is truly in it to take care of his customers. Thank you Dave and Blue Atlantis Inc for a great experience.
