First time visitor. The staff is excellent. The food was amazing. My burger was perfect. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

It is like going to dinner at your friends kitchen & you find his mom has prepared just an incredible meal. That happens every time at Blue Collar. And the variety of meats - either braised - Parmesan or BBQ are always Spot on. The veggie sides also made with a sense of umami. Even the desserts excite the palate.

Still One of Gem's in Miami. I have YET to have anything bad at this restaurant. Im a carnivore but actually tried and LOVED the veggie dish.as a matter of fact the best veggies in South Florida are at Blue Collar. The last dish i tried was the spicy oxtail. LET ME WARN YOU. Dont go being a smart @ss and ask for it to be made even more spicer, because they CAN and they WILL. Lets just say i paid it dearly lol kuddos Serfer!

I wasn't going to share this information because sometimes a gem is best left untouched, but I had to share this amazing spot we found in MiMo. It's called Blue Collar Restaurant. I can't get enough of this place. When I tell you almost everything on the menu was amazing would be an understatement. So normally we do Miami Spice for Kayla's birthday dinner and lots of planning goes into picking the restaurant. This time we just picked a random restaurant that offered a great Miami spice menu (everything on the menu was Miami Spice). When you go with 4 people you're able to try almost everything and trust me it was allllll worth it. My suggestion is please call for a reservation otherwise you will have to wait for a table and why do that when the food is calling your name. So take it from me don't just go during Miami Spice definitely go on a random day. From the customer service to the food trust me you will NOT be disappointed!

Order the jalapeño cornbread, you won’t regret it. I can’t believe I almost drove past this place! Everything was soooo good!

Don't let the exterior fool you. This place is great. Very eclectic menu. Reminds me of legendary Shopsins on the lower east side in Manhattan.

Update from my previous review from about 3 years ago.

Went to this location today with my niece to catch up. First, I was a tad bit sad that they did not have the conch fritters for appetizers, so we ordered the jalapeno corn bread and it was very tasty. I ordered the oxtails and mashed potatoes and it was delicious. My niece ordered the griot with Brussel sprouts and vegetable fried rice and it was very good. The griot looked like it was going to be dry, but it was cooked perfectly and the picklies was also very good. For dessert I ordered the chocolate cake and it was delicious my niece ordered the bread pudding and it was ok. Overall I can say I will visit this location again.

This place is EVERYTHING! Everything is GOODT! Adam is the best server. Great customer service hands down. I can't stress enough how good the food is. No matter when you come, it's GOODT. Great portion sizes and all. Prices are very resesonable. If you forget anything else, DO NOT FORGET TO MAKE A RESERVATION! This place stays packed for a reason, the food is DAMN GOOD and the customer service, chefs, Adam, are great! And this is my first time here. Now I always have to come here when I'm in town.

Nice small quaint restaurant. The food is delicious! Excellent price points. I ordered the stuffed french toast which was very tasty and sweet, so fulfilling. This is a nice place to go for good food. There is some outdoor seating that has overhead covering. Parking is free at the hotel as well. Excellent customer service as well!

Get the shrimp and grits, it is THE BEST I’ve ever had. Customer service hands down the best, so conversational and helpful

Service was exceptional. The food subpar, it tasted like old dirty cooking oil, the lukewarm fried food had a horrible aftertaste. I’m just going to say, I won’t be going back.

I think it's pretty messed up to call a place "blue collar" then have the prices so high that a blue collar worker like myself cant afford lunch there.

We went for a casual dinner last night (friday). The food was amazing! We ordered their hamburger and their philly cheesesteak, both were outstanding. Also the prosciuto/manchego spring rolls were spectacular! Service was really good too and they have a cozy outdoor terrace. Very good experience, highly recommended!

Been here 2x. Spectacular both times. Sweet potato dish was the best I've ever tasted. Chocolate cake with milk, their shrimp and grits were all amazing!

Delicious and nice portions.service a little slow, one waiter and it was busy for a Monday night but he kept his cool and smiled! Great to watch the Chef and sous Chef work like a fine Swiss watch.

Intimate gourmet diner with reasonable pricing. We had the oxtails with mashed potatoes. Those three oxtails we're perfectly cooked with the right amount of pull but not falling off the bone at a soft touch. There are tons of items on the menu to choose from from sandwiches to brunch. All your typical items are there but elevated with premium ingredients
