Blue Haven Pools & Spas, Gulf Breeze FL

Blue Haven just finished our pool and it looks FANTASTIC! A great experience!
They started the beginning of December and Eight weeks later it was completed. Our initial consultation with Justin was WOW!
It was very thorough and not rushed with zero pressure. He listened and gave us input for what we were looking for and then presented us an outstanding digital depiction of the finished product.
Top notch from day one!
Our lead contractor was Jeff Nodine and he was on the ball and had things rolling. Again the communication was excellent and any input we had during the process was answered immediately. We were never wondering what was going to happen as the process was explained ahead of time and unfolded smoothly. Any time there was a weather related delay we were notified ahead of time.

The crews throughout were focused and worked diligently from first dig to framing to gunite to plaster. Very polite and skilled craftsman!
Final grade was no different. They left it cleaned and sod ready!

I cannot say enough GREAT things about my experience with Blue Haven Pools! When we started getting a quote, we started with a different pool company, but it was a Payne . We gave them multiple attempts to get it right and then gave Blue Haven Pools a shot. We felt super confident at the first meeting with their sales designer (Justin). They were so easy to do business with, and when we were ready to start, they started… FAST. The project manager for our pool was Jeff, and he was outstanding! Most pool companies use contractors for much of their work, and I was amazed at how polite, talented, and precise they were. Each of them worked like they were owners of the company. I was delighted with how the company interacts with its customers; the result is fantastic!

Ok to start I am a local licensed plumbing contractor and to have the lack of respect from one professional to another is absolutely ridiculous I will never refer this company to anyone again. To have your sales person try to size me up in front of a customer is completely unprofessional and unacceptable this review is for that purpose in itself. I will not be belittled or bullied because a customer chooses us over his preferred contractor that supposedly gives good deals just not this time. How unprofessional are you to allow this person to work for you. Your company will get several more negative feedback and comments how horrible

Jason Dyer made our entire pool installation process so enjoyable! He always answered my questions in a timely manner and throughly explained every question I had until I understood completely. He went above and beyond to give us the best customer service possible. He even made a special trip to shut my water off during our fill since I was at work and unable to do so. Our pool turned out amazing! I can’t thank him and Blue Haven enough for making this huge investment such an exciting experience. Jason is highly recommended!

Our pool was just finished by Blue Haven and we are so happy with the process from start to finish. In the beginning, we never once felt it was a sales pitch or felt any pressure to sign. Justin, our designer, was fantastic at listening to what we wanted while also staying within budget and most importantly listened to our concerns and worries especially being first time pool owners. Thanks Justin!

Next, we were assigned with Jeff N. As our project manager whose main purpose was to oversee construction from first dig to the final inspection. Jeff was VERY helpful and I can’t imagine this whole process - some parts very daunting - without his communication and professionalism throughout the way. There were corrections we had missed and he was able to get addressed right away with the contractors. Thanks Jeff!

Lastly, Josh helped us “learn” about our pool during pool school at the end of the build. He was super knowledgeable, very patient and made sure all of our questions were addressed. He immediately made pool ownership and maintenance feel less intimidating! Thanks Josh!

Overall, I’m so glad we chose Blue Haven from start to finish. Definitely do your research, and speak to all of the pool companies in the area. For us, it was an easy choice. Thank you to the entire BH team for making our dreams come true with our brand new pool!

I was lucky enough to have Austin as my project manager, He was great throughout the entire process. Everything went smooth from start to finish and Austin kept me in the loop the entire time. I definitely didn't feel like just a customer. The entire process exceeded my expectations and I feel the final product is well worth every dollar spent. Had a great experience with Blue Haven Pools. Jeff N. Was our superintendent and do a great job of keeping us informed as progress moved along. He was very quick to reply to all questions. We had a great experience with Blue Haven from start to finish of our pool project. Our pool designer Justin created several great options for us to choose from and was so helpful in us narrowing down exactly what we wanted for our pool. Our project manager Jeff N.was amazing. He kept us informed through every step and always addressed any questions or issues immediately. With Jeff's management our entire pool project was complete in 5 weeks! The work that all the different crews came out to do throughout was also top notch. We are so happy we chose Blue Haven and highly recommend them.

Start to finish we were very comfortable with the process. On-site crew was respectful and worked incredibly hard. We’ve had so many compliments on the workmanship of our pool, price-wise we received far more for our money than competitors were offering.

Our fire pit was the last thing to be completed as the burner grate was on back order. We were somewhat disappointed as we wanted to have prior to Thanksgiving as we were hosting. Our project manager, Jeff N, went above and beyond getting a grate from a different office outside of our local area and personally delivered to our house to make sure we had in time. He was fantastic to work with through the process and kept us updated along the way. This is a great representation of the service we’ve received and why we are very happy with our choice to go with Blue Haven.

As this was our first pool built, we went with the company that had the best reputation and rave reviews. We were not disappointed. We're highly satisfied with our project manager Jason D.when we found a minor deficiency on our veneer work, Jason quickly got with the subcontractors and got it fixed. During startup we had excessive leaves accumulated in the pump trap, Jason responded to our phone call in his off time and promised he'd come over next day to take care of it which he did and cleared the trap. Change orders were quickly handled and delivered as promised. Needless to say we're very thankful to Jason for taking good care of us as we look forward to enjoying our backyard oasis.

Blue Haven (Kris, Michelle, Gabe and their crews) Finished strong and have our pool looking great. The new Spa heater gets our spa hot in 45 minutes and the wi-fi controls are great. Thank you!

My pool was finished October 2021. Initially I was happy with the product but as time passed I started to have issues with the way the plaster looked. I tried multiple times to have warranty come out and address the issues I was seeing with my pool and I felt like no one cared. Everything was a fight. I was extremely unhappy with Blue Haven until recently. I figure I would send one more email and probably get the same response. I was so wrong. I got a call back from a woman named Julia. She listened to me complain and offered to call me back after she did some research and spoke to a few people. This was the first time in a very long time I felt heard and valued as a customer. When she called me back she offered to have Paul their plaster specialist come look at the pool. Paul came out and very patiently listened to me complain and validated some of my issues. He took my concerns back to his supervisors and they offered a solution that we all found acceptable. Blue Haven did come back and fix the pool. I am very happy with the appearance of my pool. This time dealing with Blue Haven has been a very pleasant experience. I sincerely appreciate Paul advocating for me and wanting to help. I also can not say enough nice things about Julia. She has always been very responsive, patient and helpful. I hope that Blue Haven acknowledges these two employees and the value they bring to the company. They are an asset to Blue Haven. I am very happy with the resolution and have no problems recommending Blue Haven to any one.

From start to finish we have been in contact with Jason our project manager. He has guided us through this amazing process to getting exactly what we want out of our oasis. Jason has always been a phone call away and has urgently responded in a timely manner.
We got to know him as a business man and he even managed to take the hat off and have genuine people to people conversation.
He was very professional and respectful even when we thought we were being a bit over barring with questions or concerns.
