Bad experience, room did not have toilet paper. The shower had used soap. The bedsheets had a huge stain, impossible to miss. One day we waited more than 20min for the elevator (we were on the 19th floor)
When I told the front desk lady she seemed like it was not a big deal
A lot to improve for the price taking into account that when you get there there is a surcharge for the amenities regardless if you use them or not

Well maintained, Close to Disney 15 mins drive, the pool is big enough for my 5 & 8 year old to play around, 3 feet to 4 feet of depths.
Publix Supermarket is 10 mins drive, thats the only fresh food supermarket you'll find in the area.

The location is amazing! Every room has amazing views of sunrises and the lake, and corner units have balconies that can see Disney Springs, which is super cool. The room I got (Booked directly through Blue Heron's website) was pretty old though, and I really think they could do better with some renovations. There were stains on the furniture, walls, and a lot of wear and tear. The TV in the main bedroom was broken like someone threw the remote at it, and I called maintenance. They came into our room, turned on the TV, and walked out. We never heard anything after that, and we stayed for 10 more days without the TV being replaced. It was a bit frustrating that nothing was done about it. On the weekends you get the larger party crowds, so be aware you may hear your neighbors partying up.

Was charge an extra charge at check in, tv remote was broken and one missing, change on door does not work. I've stayed in much nicer places. Positive note beautiful view.

The hotel and accommodations were beautiful. The view from the balcony was awesome as was the pool. However, we had two issues. There wasn’t a luggage rack available so we had to use the dresser and coffee table. We were not there long enough to use the dresser drawers and besides the drawers were off the tracks to close easily. The other issue and a safety one as well was that the nice deep tub did not have safety grab bars for a safe entry and exit making it dangerous to use.

So far the hotel is nice. Tower 2 - 7th floor. The room was deep cleaned before our arrival to include cleaning the sofa and fabric chairs.

We looooved our condo in Blue Heron Beach Resort. Its nestled on busy highway, surrounded by many other hotels, private villas, restaurants from fast food dining like Chick fille or McDonald's to Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn steak house. There is bunch of others that currently escape my memory. There is a walking distance amazing miniature golf potty place rather large in size but well lit and packed w people till late into night. Resort itself has outdoor parking space as well as 2 level garages. Certain times it might present a challenge to find a parking space (like around 6-8 pm) when everyone is heading home from the attractions. It has a beautiful open concept outdoor pool and jacuzzi - which was unfortunately closed due to covit. But I loved lake view (every room has it), and view of our pool. U r welcome to use elevators or stairs. After 10 ramp for hotel goes down and u should use your key card. Which u have to use to operate elevators anyway, so I felt safe entire time.
If you are up for romantic moments, there is a lovely wooden bridge leading from the pool to the lake with couple of lounging chairs and entire pathway is lined with lights. Place is well maintained and kept clean. We will definitely be back

Got airbnb here for spring break. View is great. Loved the pool and walking deck. Had some confusin at check in and the staff were great helping navigate our way.

Beware of those “resort fees”. They are 18$ per night and everything is closed except the pool that was invested with kids. Honestly staying at this place is not a “resort” I don’t even have the heart to call it a hotel. You are basically just renting a condo. Front desk is no help and they are just rude on top of everything. The website just carries lies. That golf place across the street is advertised as free entree if you are a guest that’s a lie. I only gave it 2 stars because the balcony with the view and they had security @ night. The room was dusty and musty like they have been vacant for years. The TV was also outdated. They are trying to scam you with extra fees just take your money and go spend it somewhere better! Because trust me I will definitely be staying at an actual resort next time thank youuu

The Furniture, and appliances need to be replaced otherwise the condos are very nice and good size rooms. The views are great from your balcony, and you are close to food & shopping. Castaway Tiki Cafe is conviently located next to the pool with both drinks and food available. The proprietor "Terri" will make you a mean Bloody Mary or most any other drink, nothing better than having a cool one under a palm tree next to a pool. The grounds are very well maintained and the buildings are in top shape. The only drawback is the resorts main sign off the street needs more light & needs to be raised up. Otherwise all's good, enjoy your stay.

Love this hotel great to take your family to and very convenient to Disney, ect. The furniture was a little outdated but who cares the space and the amazing view made up for it. Will definitely be taking the family back again!

Rooms are very dated, soon as we opened the door it smelled like bug spray, badly. Place has such an uncomfortable feeling and the decor doesn't help. View over the lake is nice, view of the wall out front seems pointless to have a window in the room. Bunk beds are in the hallway and the boards bend when child goes up to sleep. The noise every side of you is like you're staying at a playground. All day and night people yelling, doors slamming, stomping, scratching walls and you can hear everything as if it is right in your room with you. Coffee pot handle fell right off so glad I hadn't made coffee yet. Stove burners don't fit in place so you cook crooked. Toilet tissue holders fell right off when we went to place the tissue where it belonged, jet tub button is stuck in. One elevator works most of the time, game room is small and closed, hit tub closed, pools are open but dirty. Doesn't make sense every other place has their hit tubs and games rooms open but not this one, also gym is closed and other places have that open. This place is lazy, doesn't clean rooms or outside areas well at all. Tons of dust around the room and top of bed looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a couple years. Pools got trash and dirt in them, Parking garage is made so dumb, there's little space for you to drive and not many parking spots for a place with 21 and 15? Floors. Although we havent seen any bugs, we wake up with bumps that itch terrible.

From the outside the resort looks great and clean and modern, however the room is the complete opposite it’s out dated, walls are dirty and stained, beds had pubic hairs all over the sheets, pillows were dirty, couch had stains, nightstands were peeled and dusted, most of the furniture was dusted as well, shower had hairs all over the side. Never stay here again, don’t waste your time nor money.

First of all, the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Second, when we got to our room the first thing we noticed was in the master bathroom.the toilet seat was left up, there were clumps of hair on the floor, the showers still had A LOT of water spots on the walls, a tile had the grout busted out around it and the toilet paper holder was puttied to the wall on the outside of the toilet paper holder. Then we noticed there was a used napkin or tissue in the kitchen trashcan that was not placed there by us. Then we noticed an acrylic nail on the floor. There was CLEARLY no attempt to clean the floors whatsoever and during Covid it definitely made things feel disgusting. In addition to the floors not being cleaned, there was a size sticker from a shirt stuck to the nightstand in the master bedroom which also tells me the nightstands weren't even wiped down. With the floors not even being swept and the sticker left on the nightstand, I cant even say with confidence that the sheets were clean. What's even better is they had housekeeping go and check to make sure the room was ready for us before we even checked in to the room. We most likely will never stay here again, even though we are repeat customers, because of the filth. It's not hard to sweep or even vacuum floors. Had that at least been done I probably wouldn't have noticed all the other things. Definitely disheartening when spending almost 1k to stay here 5 nights, definitely expected more.

Location location location. 10 minutes from everything. Place was clean. Pool area was nice though sun gets blocked out by hotel for lot of day but I've all no complaints and would recommend
