I wished I had a better experience. I was immediately stopped at the register and questioned (not in a helpful way). I felt as if they did not want us (my partner) to look at inventory in their shop. I have been an active user of CBD & Medical for YEARS and I was treated as it was surprising I had any knowledge. I did not want to make a purchase but felt pressured into one product. I wished I was able to have the guest experience to browse but that was not the case. I would rather drive back to Winter Haven for better customer service. Definitely a disappointment.
