We have been at multiple Blue Palm properties and have never had an issue. Currently at our most recent home for over a year and just resigned our lease. Very easy to work with and communicate with. I love that we can pay rent online and report any issues we have.

Blue palm was awesome from the start and gave me insight into the process every step of the way (being on the owner/landlord end). I got to sample contracts, ask questions, and set up the rental process in no time at all! Most importantly, they helped me work out documents and other efforts that my mortgage lender required to close on a new home so they saved my bacon a few times in the first month. They are fantastic!
