Blue Pineapple Bistro reviews
16The food is delicious! Staff friendly. You have to go when Jeff the musician is playing! He is awesome! His little dog Roscoe is very cute and friendly.
I visited during the very quiet morning of 12/12/2023. The avocado toast with egg would have been great if the bread hadn't been almost completely burnt. Not sure why it is even possible for this to make it out of the kitchen. If I were the server, I would have told the cook that I'm not bringing that to my customer.
Thank you for being one of the very few restaurants in the area to offer a Beyond Burger option for those of us who do not / can not eat meat, but would like to have something other than a salad when we eat out. And TOTS! Blue Pineapple Bistro is my absolute favorite place to eat. If you're lucky, you can hear a little live music while dining. If you are a vegetarian / meatless - there's plenty of options. The drinks are great and the atmosphere is wonderful!
This is a fun, relaxing place. Bloody Mary’s are not only delicious, they are a meal with the drink. Awesome Sunday brunch. Worth the wait.
Blue pineapple is one of our go-to places when we come to Englewood. The food is amazing and the service is very efficient. I highly recommend any of their bloody Mary’s…. You will not be disappointed!
Unreal bloody Mary. Just very expensive
Went for breakfast and was told it ends at 1030am
It was one of my favorite places to go while on Dearborn Street in Englewood. The food, service, and atmosphere are always great. Never had a bad experience here. I was eating solo on this day and enjoyed coffee, water, and a great breakfast. I had the french toast breakfast, which included eggs and hashbrowns. You get a lot of food for the money. The service was great, I love seeing how all the staff work together and enjoy each others company and working together to keep customers happy. The atmosphere is perfect, relaxing with lots of tables outside on the deck with shade and fans blowing. On this day, they had music by Alan Fraser, who, by the way, was awesome. Really enjoyed his song choices and, of course, music. I will definitely be back.
Lovely place to sit outside and have brunch downtown in the Historic section of Englewood. Nice guitar music. Please cook the eggs more and put the Eggs Benedict on an english muffin not on greasy hash browns.
We teamed up with the owner one evening when he was closed so we could host our 1 year anniversary party. He had a few of his employees stay to serve from the bar so customers could have a beer with their burger from our truck! Great people! Family oriented.
The food was excellent the waitress was very nice and a gentleman Adam came out and was very courteous and chatted with us for a bit he deserves a raise.
First time visiting from out of state, and had a wonderful experience. Our server was very friendly along with the gentleman named Adam who picked up our dishes and talked with us a bit about some places to see while in town! Will absolutely be back in the future.
Loved this place, the food was awesome and our server was great! I definitely suggest getting one of their bloody Mary's
Great Philly steak. And their bloody mary concoctions are truly interesting. I had one with fried crabs on skewers in the drink. Those were outstanding!
Went in search of a great bloody mary, and boy, did we find it! Granted they are wine based so not nearly as strong, but so fun you'd want to have another if there wasn't so much to eat on it. We had the soft shell crab and the shrimp pineapple. Since it was mid-afternoon, we also had the ceviche and the melon and prosciutto salad. The salad was excellent, and the ceviche needed a little more seasoning, in our opinion, but was still very good. The staff was friendly, and we never waited long for anything. The outdoor atmosphere was inviting, shaded and had comfortable seating. We definitely will be back, hopefully for one of the nights they have live music.
Blue Pineapple Bistro is a hidden gem in Englewood, Florida. The breakfast and bloody Marys are delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is inviting. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in Englewood.
My wife & I went there to try to enjoy a breakfast. The redhead waitress there treated us with disrespect, & rudely by pointing her fingers to my face & yelling at me " didn't I read the sign " " don't go up the ramp until you are called". We became embarrassed in the presence of everyone eating there.
She appeared to me to have no etiquette in how treat different ethnic, nationalities.
