I have been here twice, last year. Was not allowed to go with my dog then, because of construction at the time. Called today, still cannot go back with my dog because of insurance reasons. They lost a customer today!
We had a rocky start to being new patients here at Blue Run, but after speaking with Simone and going over the mishaps, they are working hard to help my pug get properly diagnosed and the care she needs. Dr Christie is very smart and practices both eastern and western medicine along with acupuncture, chiropractic care and many other new age therapies.
The staff is very friendly, and you can tell they really care about your animals.
Due to interior construction being delayed, exam rooms are unusable. That means you wait outside. Otherwise, excellent place.
