Terrible customer service. No etiquette whatsoever. I wonder how they are still in business!
Don't leave your vehicle in the parking lot. Although they have a parking kiosk machine that allows you to park up to 24 hours "48.37$ charge" but apparently you are not welcome to do so!

Just returned from Key West. Had a great experience with Blue Sky Rentals. Rented a scooter for one day and then came back the next day for another rental and was given a discount for day two. I really enjoyed that. Cris was terrific. Made it all so easy for a 72 year old to enjoy Key West on a scooter. In my opinion, a scooter is the very best way to get around. Easy, convenient and lots of free parking which is at a premium in Key West.

Money-hungry, dilapidated tourist trap. We rented Bicycles from this spot. Man behind the counter was very rude and trying to spread his misery to everyone he came across. Bikes were old and rusted. Prices were high. He let my friend use his restroom before we rented our bikes but after we returned them, restrooms were suddenly unavailable lol. Do the community a favor, and close this place down.

Great place to rent a bike or a scooter or in our case a golf cart. My wife is visually impaired so walking in crowds is not always ideal. But, being able to use a golf cart and see the sites at our own pace so worth it. A shout out to the wonderful staff at Blue Sky Rentals!

Got into key west and stayed at the duval house. Walked by the business and struck up a. Conversation with the owner. He gave me a great deal for 5 days. Let me park in the lot the whole time. He also made sure I got to the key west express on time. Super happy with all him and his staff did for my wife and I. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Only place I will ever rent a golf cart. Such amazing service. Oh the Golf cart worked very well.

Despite the negative reviews, our experience was great. We were a walk up and decided to rent a gulf cart for the day. Staff were kind, helpful, gave us good directions for driving, and answered all of questions. The golf cart itself was clean, well maintained and reliable. No issues whatsoever.

So thankful that we contacted Blue Sky! We booked last minute when already at Key West, they gave us a deal for booking 2 karts. Then halfway thru we had some of our party on foot and desperately needing a ride to the cruise terminal due to a blood sugar issue. The workers from blue sky dropped everything and came to pick up our remaining passages to drop them at the port! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our day so much. The guys working were very nice and helpful. The golf cart was great and we enjoyed exploring key west at our own pace. I highly recommend!
