Slightly intimidating the first time you go there but it’s easy to get the hang of it. You have to go in the building to sign in, head back out to your truck and one of the employees will help you with your packages. You must have your id no expectations. They’ll either make a copy when you sign in or outside while the take your packages. Everybody is friendly and helpful but it is easy busy place so just be patient. Also the whole company closes down for lunch so plan accordingly. They do not play about there lunch time lol you will not be seen for that hour.
