The two girls in the office are very good people. They treated me very well and gave me a good price for the apartment. I love this place and the girls made me laugh a lot during the process.

I just wanted to write a review since i am so happy and grateful with the service and attention provided by Maria and Mabel at the management office. They are always in a good mood, smiling and always willing to help. This has been the best management team i have had as a resident, and i just want to thank them for always helping me out with anything needed in the building, and for always being so attentive and responsive with any matter. They are truly the best!

Great place to live! The ambiance, apartments and people are friendly and inviting. The leasing office is very helpful whenever you have questions, especially Mabel! She’s awesome. I don’t have anything negative to say about Blume.

I have not lived here nor do I intend to, all the attention received was disappointing. Lack of professionalism in general is the only thing that can describe the management of this condominium.

My experience living at Blume has been great thanks to Maria and Mabel. Maria is hands down the best. She has answered any questions I have ever had and been there when I had any issues. Blume is very lucky to have her. Mabel has also been accommodating and kind. They both are wonderful and make living here a great experience.

I recommended this place to my friend since due to the pictures and amenities looks like a nice place to live however the unprofessional way of Maria the assistant manager treated my friend as soon she applied to this building and was disappointed and disgusting. How you going to tell a future client to leave a security deposit with another person while you’re not in the building? That makes me think… that’s how they do business? Such a nice property with poor management. Don’t even bother to reply. Great customer service! Keep it up guys!

I would have loved to never find this building, I just wasted my time, energy and money. At the first moment he showed me an apartment with all the willingness to help, I made the application and when it was approved, the assistant manager MARÍA D contacted me to let me know that I would have to make a two-month deposit, to which I agreed and we scheduled an appointment for next Tuesday at 9: 45 am. I get to the building on time, I wait at the door in the sun
(because they don't have anyone at the front desk and the intercom didn't work) after several minutes I receive a message from them saying to leave my check (deposit) with the person who cleans the condo because she wouldn't arrive, I let him know that in order to hand over the money, I wanted to see a contract and be able to enter my apartment since the one she showed me on my first visit was one that she said was “the same”, she refused and said she would make an appointment for another time. From that moment I knew that I did not want to live there, I do not want to deal with staff without ethics or respect for other people's time. If you want to be bullied and treated indifferently this is your place!

I recommend this excellent condo in Coral Gables, which is close to the Miami airport, in addition to having an excellent location for the most recommended schools for our little ones in the house, and its panoramic views of the city will captivate you.
