BLVD Gainesville

The management was really good to provide us with such facilities. We had good time playing pool, table tennis and other games. It was an excellent time to interact with niche residents and build rapport with them. The coke and pizza the management provided were amazing in taste. Thank you very much for organising such event. Hope in future we will have more events like this.

Maintenance has always been a big concern for me when I pick a place to live, but the BLVD's maintenance team has always been prompt in getting any of my issues fixed when I bring them to their attention.

Because they don't understand when you move in a place and you tell the management like 3 days once u staying as a resident that a room mates is been rude and making you uncomfortable and they don't do anything but once the other roommate tells that I does things they writes me up without formal witness and then send you notice that gotta get out like I barely been here not even a full month and I'm a issue all I do is go to work and try to come home and relax but i can't cs Its always something and I'm a low income. Also the ceiling fans still haven't been solved so like I feel like this place ain't the best of living best it's the only place I can afford right now I just try to request a apartment change and I couldn't get that I thought if roommate don't gets along that yall supposed to switch unit or something then I was supposed to have a meeting today and never happen like I have two other roommates that will witness I'm not a issue I will have written statements from both of the other roommates Thanks.

I recently moved into BLVD Gainesville and I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with my experience thus far. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, the staff was friendly and accommodating. They took the time to show me around the complex and answer any questions I had.

The apartment itself is exactly what I was looking for. It is spacious, well-lit, and has modern amenities. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making it a joy to cook in. The bathroom is also updated, with a large shower and ample storage space.

The complex itself is well-maintained and kept clean. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and there is a large swimming pool for residents to enjoy. There is also a gym, which is well-equipped and always clean.

What I love most about BLVD Gainesville is the sense of community. There are regular events and gatherings, which provide a great opportunity to meet my neighbors and make new friends. The staff is also always available to help with any needs or concerns.

Overall, I highly recommend BLVD Gainesville. The combination of high-quality apartments, great amenities, and friendly staff make it the perfect place to call home.

I really like my stay at Blvd. The management is really helping when ever I faced a problem regarding anything. They arrange a lot of events at the Blvd which are really interesting.

If you are considering sending your child to college in Gainesville, and you’re considering using the BLVD for their housing unit, I’d consider otherwise. The BLVD has a very poor communication system between the residents and managers, most likely to mask the fact that the managers don’t care about the safety of their residents. Been dealing with a bully for a roommate for months, and the BLVD shows little to no regard for our concerns, to the point where me and 2 other roommates keep ourselves locked away in our rooms. The BLVD ignores any concerns leaseholders have, and tells us to email them, so they never respond, and they wait for situations to escalate to where the law gets involved before taking action. If you want a cheap apartment complex, with a little bit of the “hood” culture, the BLVD is a great option! But if you want your child to feel safe and cared about in their own residence, maybe there might be a better options.

This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful, just like a resort. The office staff and maintenance staff are extremely helpful, responsive and friendly too. It could not be better located since it's very close to Publix, Target etc. To top it all, it offers amenities that most communities do not. My favorite are the study spaces and the wide variety of indoor games, apart from the pool and gym.

Awful management who don't care about their tenants. There are tenants who complain when they are in the wrong, I am not one of those. There have been 10+ things wrong with the apartment and management will NEVER fix anything. Do not sign no matter what, I know it's cheap.

New $500 relet fee, raising prices, and CONSTANT "renew now or we'll raise prices" notifications. Nothing says fair business practice like making it significantly more expensive to live here, then significantly harder to move somewhere else, purely for the sake of greed! Putting maintenance requests gets nothing done most of the time. The epitome of everything wrong and predatory with student housing in Gainesville.

I have enjoyed my time living at BLVD Gainesville and appreciate the prompt maintenance and fun leasing office staff. New management is good and working out some hurdles. Thank you super bowl night

Location and pet friendly; what more could you asked for! Great place to live and meet new people. The staff is always so very friendly and helpful. The amenities are great, 24 hour gym is a plus for me as I tend to work out when most people are asleep. A place to truly call home!

Good giveaways that are frequent. They also do a lot of community engagement and supply food and games. Come at night when they often throw games on the big screen at the pool. Thank you super bowl entry

The Apartment is good with amenities and facilities. These are furnished flats so can be readily moved in. They organize couple of giveaways and parties which are good. They have wide variety of floor plans.

Amazing place for students to stay! Spacious and furnished rooms, gym, pool and awesome clubhouse. The management is also super helpful and friendly. One of the best apartments I must say!

I am living here from past 1 year, it's so beautiful and wonderful experience. It's a nice friendly place and best for students. The management is very friendly and celebrates lots of events, pool parties and offer lots of rewards and benefits.

The surrounding of this apartment is very nice. It feels safe to roam in the night too. The good part is tha they conduct many events which helps to build connections.
