I have visited BMJ towing twice, and both times that I have visited BMJ Towing my experience has been great. I had my vehicle towed there due to being involved in a car accident. They were prompt in calling me, and letting me know everything that was going on with my vehicle. They contacted me to inform when the insurance company came to look at my vehicle, and also inform me when I was able to retrieve my belongings from my vehicle. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. My second visit was due to my neighbor's/friend's vehicle being towed. The staff was very helpful, and friendly to my neighbor/friend as well. Her tire was completely flat, and they assisted her with airing it up. The service is quick and convenient, I have to say that all in all BMJ Towing's employees are amazing!

Excellent folks, from the office to the driver's. We never set out wanting to have interaction with a towing company, but if you have to then these guys are who you want to deal with. I appreciate the service.

My 90 year old mom got her car totaled. BM towing charged her with a thousand dollar bill for towing it down the street! Then they duped her into signing her title over to them. When her children called to ask questions, they told her to f: ($&k off and there was nothing we could do about it! Very nasty people. They called my sisters cu) ts and threatened her. We are going tomorrow with the police as they advised of their past working ethics lol. We are so outraged! Oh I just a call from someone who cussed me out. Come on buddy grow up.

Horrible! They took advantage of an elderly woman! They tricked her into signing over the title to her car. So shameful.

Family member was in a car accident and they took advantage of her. An 85 year old woman who was shaken up from the accident and not thinking clearly, and they talked her into signing her vehicle over to them.

Would give these people a zero if I could. My best friend's mom was in an accident, and these con artists tricked her into signing over her title over her car over to them. Do not use this company.

THEY KIDNAP your vehicle not tow them so Be careful, they will tack on unnecessary charges, no key $75, admin fee $75, driver waits more than 5 min $75 If raining $75 Be my guest if you want to pay 500 dollars for your vehicle spending 12 hours at this tow yard. The receptionist/ cashier or whatever title she claims that day is just simply rude and ignorant and I’d rate this place 0 stars everyday of the week if it allowed me.

This company is horrible! They scam elderly women and do not use good business practices. What kind of towing company convinces a shaken up, elderly woman to sign over the title of her car? ! My poor friends are so upset. This is such a messed up situation, and when the company was called to explain they cussed out her family! DO NOT USE THEM!

Just awful. They are responsible for elder abuse. My 85 year old mother was convinced to sign her title over to them after a small accident. I called and asked them to explain. The manager cussed me out and threatened me.

Great company. I was suggested to use them by artistic towing. And yes they show up in time. And the driver was a super educated person+pluss

I had got my car stuck and I called BMJ towing and I spoke with Cheryl and she gave me 125 as the minimum price start out and I told them where I was to see if the price might increase in which she told me the same thing I called five separate times and each time once again she told me the same thing. When the tow truck got there he told me 275 in which I said my car isn’t stuck enough to charge me 275 my back tires are off the ground easy access and my car was in soft sand easy pullout in which he told me it was 195 minimum and which I told him what she told me he spoke with his boss and said no our minimum is 195 for the reservation in which I told him and Cheryl was at 9 mile grave so I called back spoke with her and she said the same thing. So I wouldn’t recommend them because they lie on price telling you one thing then the tow guy gets there telling you a higher price on a situation that wasn’t worth the amount they were trying to charge on top of the disrespect and unprofessional and hateful jokes and the degrading comments about my car so I would recommend highly you go somewhere else and never use them again due to this fact

Very nice and patient with us. We had to move our vehicle from a dealership and BMJ had to go twice. Everyone was professional and kind. Great company. Highly recommend.

Found myself in a bad situation and needed to be towed from Okeechobe to Fort Lauderdale. I called BMJ towing and they were life savers. They were so helpful and reliable and not to mention very reasonable with their pricing and didn’t take advantage of the situation. The communication was stellar from Don and he was super friendly and sweet. Thank you guys so much for helping me through this stressful situation.
