This is the first time spending the winter in Florida. I noticed an issue while driving my car, and found BMW of Delray on line. Scheduling a service call was easy with a lot of available times for that day! Once I arrived, the process of dropping off my car, speaking to my assigned service provider, Andrew, and being kept updated with regard to the problem and estimated time to repair and cost, was excellent.
Everything is very professional from the moment you arrive till you see your service advisor and communication while waiting for your service is excellent. I have no complaints.
Although I did not buy my car from this location, I received the same type of service I am used to back home (Canada). It was timely, friendly plus I got free transportation from BMW to my place and back. The same treatment in the US & Canada.
Dealership service is fantastic, my Service Advisor Andy is an amazing and proactive Guy, he's always ahead of the game.

BMW Delray Beach has always taken care of me and my M4 especially when coming in without appointments with flat tires.
