I have worked with Ian Wyre for 7 years now and it is always a pleasure! I am going to miss the folks at BMW of Tallahassee as I transition to the Sarasota area! It's been great and these folks really are the best!

Very pleasant experience getting my car serviced in spite of crazy weather etc! (tornado warnings!) Anthony Taylor worked very hard to get my cars recall service started before the power went out! Success! He also explained everything very well and kept me informed as I was waiting. This is my first time owning a BMW and I’m really enjoying it as well as enjoying the beautiful, comfortable waiting area. Very pleased with this service department and very pleased with Anthony Taylor!

Timing for above repair needed however car pickup and return due to service engine light coming on after 30 mins of driving. Very disappointed.

Today's service was a nice experience. I was able to get in and get out with no problems. I also was able to receive a loaner car on today's visit. Good service today from Tony and my last service was a nice one with Ian as well.

Jessica provided excellent customer service, and was very helpful to me and other customers. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, there was a customer in the waiting area that Jessica came to her to talk about her car. I was impressed by how much attention she provided this customer with their issues, answered questions, and resolved the issues. She went the extra mile with the amount of time and patience she showed each of customers while I was there. As a business owner myself, I would put her in a leadership position if she worked for me. I observed how patient she was with one customer who was not being very polite, making negative review threats, and making unrealistic demands and blaming management about the wait time. The way Jessica handled that customer alone showed me she has patience and what it takes to be a team leader (if she isn’t already). Good Job Jessica! Good Job BMW for hiring Jessica!
