I recently had my 2017 X1 service at the Wesley Chapel office! My service adv isor was Javier Rivera! What a great experience. He listened to our issue made a suggestion then continued listening! He made sure to keep me upto date on my service status! I cannot think of any way he could have handled my issue! He is the reason why I will be using this dealership in the future for my service need! Thank Javier! You are awesome!

Javier was great and the work done to my car was done quickly and accurately. The only reason I'm giving just one star is because of the prices. The price for repairs is very expensive.
I got a great deal on my new 330i, including more than I expected for my trade-in. I had some issues using the new technology but have since had all of my questions answered, was able to replace my silver grill with the black grill I really wanted & my window tint installed, all within a few days of the sale. I received outstanding customer service, I love my new vehicle & and I have to give five stars for my overall experience.
I went in and spoke to a salesperson and found a car. I tried to put a deposit down and he said they didn’t allow that. I explained to him that I had to go to work and would be back in a few hours. He called me and we worked out all the details and I told him that I would be back at 4: 30 to purchase the car. At 2: 30 he texted me and said they sold the car to someone else. Very unprofessional. Like I said I was more that willing to give them a deposit earlier.
I had a tire issue recently, and was able to promptly secure a same day appointment.
A new tire needed to be ordered, and my excellent service advisor Ryan secured a courtesy Uber as it was necessary to leave the car overnight. It was ready as promised the following day. Excellent service and experience in all regards.
Came in for a tire change. Patricia was very helpful. Not only I got free tire replacement under warranty, but they also recharged my ac and vacuumed inside. Definitely will come back
