7It's hard to get to the beach.and not wheelchair accessible. However, I like the idea of an enclosed garage for your car and stuff.because your personal space and car is not being messed with.
Very nice condo with underground parking! The outside is a little weathered but the inside of our unit was updated, very nice!

Loved this place. Beautiful condo! Great views, awesome pool. Close to everything. You can park your car and walk or ride a bike everywhere! There are a number of steps to get out to the beach, but it's worth it one you get out there!
Best place to stay in cocoa beach. Right across from the downtown area and all the great restaurants. Minus a trip to Ron Jons, you won't have to get get back in your car. Ice cream, Cuban food, pizza, smoothies, and seafood all within two streets away.
Apartments right on the beach and close to bars. You will hear music most nights until midnight. Parking lot needs some more watchful eyes it can be hard to find a spot when people park when they aren't guests

No refund from owner of cleaning fee when I called him to complain on day 1
