4Terrible place to live. The location is nice, but management is bad. I recently moved out due to continuous broken utilities. One month, it was a ceiling leak, the next month it was a broken dryer, then it was the a/c. On top of that, it takes them weeks to repair anything. Random shady "repair men" entered my home to apply a band aid onto faulty equipment. Property manager lies and strings you along. Do not move here unless you are happy with the bare minimum.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! Just like other users have posted, the apartments are termite infested, buildings are old, leaks everywhere, and very slow maintenance. Owners are cheap and do not care for their tenants! Please take this as a warning.
Lived here for 2 years place was fullllllllllll of termite inside the living space woke up to a bedroom/living room full in termites and they dont care when you tell them about it
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Literally the RUDEST customer service I have ever experienced from an apartment complex and all I asked were general questions about moving in here. You'll be answered with condescending emails.
