Boat and Motor Superstore has got me for a customer a second time after trading up to a Key West 219, good price, good people and good service

Chris the servis manager is extremely knowledgeable and always helpful. All the staff have been in a good mood every time I have been in. They have a great fishing, gun and boat part selection.

This is the second time buying a boat from Boat and motor super store. Woody was my salesman again. Woody is very caring and will work outside of normal hours. He is a dedicated employee. I tried not to call him on his off days which are Sundays and Mondays. Why he gave me a personal phone number i will never know. Lol. But he definitely went the extra mile for me. He took the time to explain everything and he got with Diandra to get me the best rates for financing. Diandra really worked hard finding the best rates. Thank you to the entire team including Kyle who got my boat ready very quickly on a Saturday and of course Shawn who sold my my trolling motor. What a great team!

I purchased a pontoon from Jarrod and he was fantastic! Superb service, great boats and even showed me how to drive it! I highly recommend Jarrod.

I bought a Yamaha 4 hp 4 stroke motor and put it on my 14' gheenoe. I used it for the first time and the motor was very loud and vibrating alot. It was wearing a hole in my transit. I went to super boat and motor store and told Chris one of the owners and he said it was my transit. Not true my transit is solid.
I took the boat out again to same place as the first time and motor was still very loud and it overheated.
I took the it to motor boat and superstore and they said the impeller broke and it not covered by Yamaha. I call Yamaha and they covered the parts but not the labor. Motor boat charged me $227.00 to just look at motor and wants $199.00 plus tax to put the parts in motor that I bought from them with 1 hour on it.
Terrible customer service and the surprised how they stay in business.

The group that owns and runs this store are amazing. Chris is the absolute best at what he does.
