Been here a few times. Ended up being cheaper and had in stock a fuel filter. Stocked plug wires that worked for my boat.

I used to shop here a lot before I became an employee and it was nice. After working there for 3 weeks at the end of my shift I asked my coworker if she would buy a few things for me with her discount and she said she would off the clock but then said she would have to confirm with the general manager Katie if it was ok. Well she texted Katie to ask if it was ok if she used her number to buy the items and Katie’s response was “your joking right”. Well I decided that if it was that much of a joke to the general manager Katie then I am not going to waste anymore of my valuable time working for someone who lack’s respect like that for their employee’s. I turned in my uniform shirts as they asked me to and received my final check. I go in today to buy some things for my boat and I’m told that per Katie and Jims request I cannot buy anything from the store so because I quit now they won’t sell me anything. Sounds like someone is having ego issues since they already lost a good employee and can’t find anyone else to work for them. Please don’t support this shipwreck of a company and tell all your friends and family about my first hand experience. Thank you

Was told by a former employee that they are trying to run off the grandfathered local marine mechanics so they don’t have to give them a 25% discount anymore. Cheap skates!

I live in SE Florida Vero beach, and Was up in the Jax area in June. With my boat visiting family. Bought some items, found out it was defected when I was home in Vero. Finally I came back to Jax and tried to return it in (Aug) I know it's pass the 30 day policy but explained to the Nasty Manager and she say I don't care take your business elsewhere. So that's what I did went to West Marina. Best customer service. I will not ever step in that racist r place yes Hispanic got boats too.

Helpful and very nice salesman, Cashier needs a lesson on how to Speak to fellow Americans. Very rude and Crude. Storefront is clean well organized. I will return and buy more.

Perfect local gem versus Big Box stores. I needed a few specific sizes square u bolts for my boat. I thought that would be an easy find but after going to Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, West Marine, and Northern Tool and two other trailer stores. Popped in here and they had so many options when the others had little to none. I come to this store regularly and I’m always treated very well and they are also always willing to help.

Have been going here for years for all the things I need I would rather shop at small business vs chain retail but unfortunately that will stop today went in to exchange something I bought in the last 30 days and they refused so I just went ahead and Baught the item I needed the woman accused me of swapping the items when the original item I brought in and the item I was about to purchase were two different items and I put the original item back in my car before getting the new one beforehand and then she proceeded to have a attitude after I corrected her while she finished the transaction so I will be taking business elsewhere and letting friends and family know

When they first opened they had great deals. Now they sell cheap Korean stuff at top retail prices. I will make my purchases online from now on.

Absolutely Love the staff! If they do not have what you need they will get it for you. There is a parts department here also.
