Boatyard, Fort Lauderdale FL

Made reservations for my wedding anniversary. Came from Boston and when we arrived our reservation was nothing like I had asked for. We got a regular table in a corner and None of my request were met at all. Very disappointed.

I come to Ft. Lauderdale for work and never miss the chance to dine here. I'm usually alone so I sit at the bar most times. I enjoy every meal I've had here, especially the Grouper (pictured). Last time I came twice in one trip because I enjoyed it so much.

My friend and i went for ladies night yesterday and jt was awful!
The place is extremely crowded and understaffed, the bartenders where rude and condescending, you can tell they hate their job!
We waited for over 30 min and couldn't get a drink.
Everyone was drunk and obnoxious!
To be honest i would rather pay for my drinks full price than going back to this place.
It was my first time and i will never go back.
What a shame because i was looking forward to it.
I do not recommend!

Excellent experience. Food was delightful, drinks strong and well crafted, ambiance top notch, DJ was a nice touch. He read the room and understood the assignment.

Always end up at Boatyard when in Ft Lauderdale. Amazing fresh catch options, and fantastic drinks. Highly recommend for a great view of the river/nice yachts as well. Such a great place with great food and drinks. Highly recommend the Melon Martini

Terrible service by bartenders outside. Took away our drinks and food when we got up to take a picture and made us pay ahead of time in order to get their 20% tip. Worst service.

Went twice - 1st time a great salad was ruined with a nasty sweet mustard dressing that overwhelmed it. 2nd time I went for lunch & had an AWESOME Filet $31. Do not order a sauce ($3), it isn't worth it and steak is too good to ruin it with the substandard sauce. Don't order fries unless you are craving McDonalds. Service was hideiously bad at lunch, but it you are patient, the steak is worth the wait. The Blueberry Mocktail is outstanding! Obviously the food makes this place great. But, like everywhere nowadays, it is hard to get good help.

Service is good, but the food was not well prepared. Burger tasted like gasoline not meat. Would not recommend. Over all 3/10.

This place looks amazing, but the service was horrible my husband made reservations for our anniversary. We flew out from Boston and Arizona with our friends and the hostess was very rude and made it very unpleasant from the moment we walked in. Gave us dirty looks and did not help with any of our request. If you Plan to come here for a special occasion do not come here.

D place is amazing we start our dinner at d bar waiting our table to be ready Juan he was fantastic full off energy and helpful then we move to our table our server was GEORGE he’s different story he made our night more and more happy positive vibes he helped us to choose d best food on d menu
He was attentive and friendly simply d best

We had very bad experience at the bar outside we told them we were going to take a picture and that we were comming back and they took away our drinks almost full and when we came back there were no drinks and they also took my vape away …. The point is that I notice that they have a better attention or customer service for guys than for women.that’s very sad because we weren’t cheap and we left a 20% or more of tip

We sat at the bar for a drink and some apps before heading to the airport. Just drank beer, but VERY COLD and less expensive than the touristy places at the beach. Apps were great and bartenders were all very attentive. Glad we stopped and will be back next time for sure!

Good food, great location, and awesome for networking. Let's be real for a second.it's known locally to be a sugar daddy hunting ground. It's classy, the river has direct ocean access and it's in a plaza with 20 Yacht brokerages. Its no secret men with money love young beautiful women and young beautiful women are looking for men with money.this is where Titans clash. Wednesday Happy hour is the Superbowl of such behavior. Always a great time, good drinks, Pricey but not inflated beyond reason. Definitely one of those places you can't go wrong. Good food, beautiful people yet still real.
