4Although I haven't met my agent personally, I want to offer my sincere thanks to State Farm. After submitting and receiving a claim# 6 days after Ian. Mark Hall the adjuster for SF called and came out on Sunday 10/9. He spent 4 hours with us and explained everything. After 5 days we received our first check to cover the roof, fence and inside damage. Couldn't be happier with Mark Hall and State Farm.
Went to get a policy. Was before 5, not much mind you but still B4 5pm. I got told they only do new policies by phone. Call tomorrow. After was left outside, not long but needed ins & women told me to call someone else next day. I'd drive few more mins up street to other state farm office. This one doesn't seem to want to deal with customers or potential customers. Only 2 starts& that's being nice, personally I wouldn't give them any, just for all the hassles. And we we're well out of the covid stage & mandatory masks in public.
Been with this company for over three years the auto insurance department is nothing but headaches absolutely awful. Expect you never be notified of anything and expect to always be shocked when something happens
