I have to tell what a friendly and productive experience. I purchased some item and then found out needed a couple more thing. Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. I couldn’t get there before they closed for the holiday weekend. I was setting sail to the Bahamas on Saturday. Needed some stuff. He went the extra mile. Billed me over the phone and hid the stuff for me to pick up the next morning. Awesome experience. Just wish I could remember the helpful salesman’s name.

I think it is appropriate to answer your phone or, as a respectful backup, have an answering machine.
