Great staff and customer service! My AC went out and I decided to take it into Bobby Likis. They had immediate availability and had my vehicle back to me in a very timely manner. Thank you Elizabeth and Vanessa for helping me out of a hot situation!

Super friendly and helpful service; I called to make an appointment but they said to just walk in. They were able to take me right away and allowed my dog in the waiting area while they worked on my car.

Justin was wonderful and service was great. I will be coming back for more work. It looks like they have lots of nice cars that they worked on in the shop like Cadillac BMW Porsche Rolls-Royce

I cannot say enough incredible things about Justin in this entire group! I have been friends with Bobbi and Diane for a long long time! I brought a car in for somebody who was working for me at the time and, like other dealerships, they did not screw us,
They were HONEST!
THEY DID NOT CHARGE FOR EVERY SINGLE DIAGNOSTIC THAT THEY PERFORMED LIKE SANDY SANSING.
THEY WERE JUST INCREDIBLE!

Was told if I wrote a 5 star review they’d give me $50 off (spoiler alert: they didn’t. I probably could’ve asked but it’s been such a pain dealing with this company I didn’t even bother.)

For starters, I have a PT cruiser. I came in because my battery light was on and my windshield wipers aren’t working. They diagnosed my problems as bad battery terminals and a bad TIPM. They quoted me at almost 4,900 to replace both of those. Said the TIPM would be 3,900 just for the part alone (Google a TIPM replacement. Part can be found for $500 and as a 20 min fix.) and conveniently they can’t get a used part. Front desk assured me she would look for a used part and get back to us in a couple of hours (didn’t hear anything for a week).

I was told it was a good thing I brought it in since due to the TIPM, my car barely had any life in it and she didn’t recommend driving it. They completely upscale the issues and make you irrationally fear what’s gonna happen. My car has been having the same issues for months without any sign of it failing within the next couple of weeks. I asked if I could JUST fix the battery terminals because that’s my biggest concern and they flat out told me they refuse to do it unless I pay 4,900 to fix EVERYTHING.

They charge $160 an hour for labor, much higher than the state minimum.

I ONLY suggest this place if you have an older/foreign car that other places refuse to work on. Otherwise, save your time AND money and avoid this place.

Bobby Likis has done great work for me in the past, so I selected them once again for my car repair. I was charged for the wrong type of work done on my car and was told by the Manager (Elizabeth and Vanessa) through the front desk agent there’s nothing they can do. They both refused to even talk with me. They put their employees in an uncomfortable situation refusing to give me keys to my car because I told them there’s no way a tune up costs $700. Luckily the owner Alex was onsite at the time and actually looked into my file. I was right, she tried to charge me $700 for $300 worth of work. Alex was very polite and took care of me. Their maintenance team is amazing. They fixed both my cars with zero issues. I wish there was a way to rate the managers separate then the actual staff. One thing I do recommend, look over your bill because they will overcharge and treat you like a criminal if you question it.

Soon as I walked in I was greeted very friendly like, and was seen by Justin, awesome customer service, got me in and out in less than a hour! Definitely recommend!

Very professional and friendly place. Explained everything clearly and not condescending. First place in a long time that I didn’t feel like I was getting a shakedown to try and get me to spend more money. It felt honest and legitimate. Very refreshing.

Horrible! They keep on lying to you saying to change/replace one parts to solve the problem and that’s not it so they tell you we need to replace another and that’s not it and another and keep going, they don’t do diagnostics on the vehicle they just keep on eating your money so don’t go to them

Thanks Justin for you expertise! Quality repairs and awesome customer service goes a long ways. I'll be back of I need more work. The financing is good to have as well.
