Melissa and her team handled our tricky project professionally and skillfully. We have a new house that has planks and carpet and we wanted the carpet gone. But the planks are a builders product and not available retail. Melissa found the matching retail product and it was spot on perfect! Her install team did a truly wonderful job on the install, blending in the existing planks with the new and made it all look like a fresh install! We are so pleased! Thank you Melissa and team!

I was really looking for something different and he took the time to go through book after book, he was a wealth of knowledge! Finally we found the perfect one The quality is great, it looks and feels like a million in our new home. If you looking for a true professional call Dale.

Nice selection and range of price points. The store manager, Melissa, was knowledgeable and helpful but gave us space for our own decision process.

I only gave them 1 star bc I had to in order to warn others about the horrible customer service that the store employees have as well as their corporate flunkies. And a warning to vendors, I understand that they dont pay well or at all. Stay away!

These guys installed tile flooring at my friend Marc's house in Kathleen. I went over when they said the job was completed and was horrified by how poor of a job was done. Loose tiles and sharp edges. Poor cuts and layout. As a commercial contractor I was embarrassed by how poor their quality control was. They eventually came back after charging him in full to fix the loose tiles and sharp edges. But refused to do anything about the absolutely hideous layout and cuts along the baseboards and door frames. Not to mention they would show up at odd hours late in the afternoons to work for a few hours and leave. A 2 day job that took them weeks to complete. Avoid their installation at all costs.
