Boca Auto Tag and Title, Boca Raton FL

Boca Auto Tag was amazing. I was not able to do what I planned due to former issues, however, they gave me the best advice to solve my problem. I called twice speaking to Sierra first and then Erin. Both extremely professional and polite. Would recomend to friends. Thank you all for the advising looking forward to coming back.

The one person who was “helping” me was disgustingly rude. I try to treat others the way I would want to be treated, so I don’t understand why someone would be so nasty for literally no reason. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Don't go to the DMV! Go to Boca Auto Tag and Title. Sierra took such good care of me. She was polite and took the time to answer all of my questions. I only waited for 5 minutes. She took care of everything! I will only recommend Boca Auto Tag and Title to everyone!

What a great experience, the only person I dealt w/ was Liz and she was the most amazing person I have ever experienced in 35 years of driving while getting a registration/tag. I had an out of state temp tag transfer to my current Florida tag, sounds confusing, right! Liz called the dealership in Michigan and the Michigan DMV, she got what she needed and got the job done. I feel like all I did was sign and she took on everything else and just did what it took to correct an awful situation not even remotely her fault. She untangled a mess handed to her by those who screwed it up and couldn't correct their own mistakes. Nobody would hate the DMV or Tag agencies if they all had a Liz. I only hope her boss reads this and adjusts her pay NORTH, you are lucky to have her.

Can't say enough positive things abut my experience with Boca Auto Tag and Title! Professional, helpful, and prompt. I will definitely reccommend and use again when needed.

EXTREMELY rude customer service. Did not re-direct me to were I needed to go and hung up on me twice. WILL NEVER get business from me.

I called this place this morning. I was greeted by the rudest employee named Cindy.
Cindy refused to answer a single question for me v I a the telephone. Stating Toddler the owner didn't want her to answer any question on the telephone. What kind of derelict company us this?

Saved at least 3 1/2 hours of standing in line thanks to Boca Auto Tag. They got all my paperwork done and stood in line for me, and my work was done the next day. Staff was extremely knowledgable and very helpful. Great experience!

Will not answer any questions over the phone. Require you to come in to "negotiate" price. Sounds legit

Miserable bunch of people at this place. One lady asked me what I needed and for my paperwork then shouted I can’t help you right now like I was hard of hearing or stupid. I will never go here, I would rather wait at the 3 hours.

Exceptional service and recommendations! Very knowledgeable staff. The service provided by Todd and his team is first class and worth every penny compared to time spent at the DMV.

The service is horrible the receptionists at the front are rude and the "owner" is everything what a owner should not be and that is one word, aggressive. Go to simplified auto tag for actual help

If i can give negative 1 star i would. I just moved to FL from AZ and I'm calling this place to ask what kind of docs I need to bring and the lady over the phone just sounds like she doesn't want to be there or just doesn't want business. I wasn't even done asking about what I need to bring and she hung up on me. Really? Is this how this business treat their customers?

These guys were first rate. They save your sanity from trying to navigate the DMV and they all came from DMV so they really know their stuff. A great service well executed.

Do not recommend this Tag Agency. When an issue came up, I was told I could not speak to management about my complaint or charge that was unwarranted. Horrible Company. Stay far away.

Though the service was good but they charge too much. $100 for agency fee and $28 for processing.
