Got new management and nothing gets fixed, the price went up 300$ per month. There are arbitrary notifications posted on the door of your apartment very unprofessional

If you’re considering moving here talk to Stephanie because she’s awesome. I’ve been living here for 2 years and I’ve had no problems. Joe is awesome and always helps when needed.

Since Stephanie has taken over the community has gotten a lot better. She’s a great liaison for getting things accomplished in individual apartments.

I was very interested in renting a unit and messaged on their website all my info and nobody ever got back to me. I also tried to call the number listed and the mailbox has been full for a while. Guess you don’t want my money.

The reason the reviews are so conflicting about the previous property manager is because Bella would specifically text residents to go leave a review about her, not the property but her. She no longer works here but we still get texts and videos soliciting her new career as a real estate agent. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism by a property manager.

The property manager is absolutely horrendous and has no basic phone etiquette. Don’t know how they have any tenets with how nasty she is to prospect residents. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

Ask for Bella, Leasing Agent, she will help you with anything you need. She has done a beautiful job regutting these places. The insides of the finished ones are just as beautiful as she is.

I was so amazed when visiting Boca Bend apartments. I had been to so many other complexes in the area that were small, outdated, and expensive. Boca Bend fit my budget and was pristine. I had only four days to move out of my old place and the complex manager, Bella, had the maintenance crew work around the clock to have the apartment ready for me in time. Bella and the entire staff were amazing to work with. I highly recommend this community.

I have lived here for one year and officially extended my lease for another year. The community of people are friendly and active and our property manager Bella is communicative and always helpful with whatever you need. The landscaping is beautiful and my newly remodeled apartment is awesome. Boca Bend is an excellent complex!

I called and tried to make an appointment to see an apartment. The woman I spoke to was rude and nasty. I don’t need this negativity from a real estate agent/or property manager. There are many other apartment complexes I can give my money to without enduring a rude gatekeeper. I didn’t get her name, I can only identify her by her accent.

Wanted to take a moment to leave some comments about this community and the property manager Bella. I’ve been living here for 7 years and have seen managers come and go but I must say that since Bella has taken over, the property has never looked so good and if I ever have any issues with my unit, she gets thing done in a flash. I would highly recommend Boca Bend Marina to anyone who wants a safe, laid back lifestyle!

Great location, neighbors, and property management! I moved here from another "luxury property" and could not be more happy. If you are considering a rental in the Boca/Deerfield area, you owe it to yourself to look at Boca Bend.

I love living here, it’s been a great place to call home. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly, from my neighbors to the front desk. Anytime there’s any issues (not there have been many) Bella has been there to accommodate me and make sure things get done promptly. She’s been the best property manager I’ve ever had and definitely made the move here enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone in search of a great place to live.

Bella has been the most pleasant, wonderful and helpful property manager I have ever dealt with. She is always kind and is willing to help! The property is always maintained to top shape and nothing goes unnoticed. Having such a great property manager coupled with the location of this community makes it such and enjoyable place to live. I have been a tenant for 4 years and enjoy living here. The property manager (Bella) keeps the grounds beautifully maintained and I’ve never had any issues with the amenities. The staff is very attentive and pleasant.
