Boca City Walk Apartments, Boca Raton FL

I moved in around a week ago. My apartment is beautiful, the building and all the amenities are lovely and clean. Not to mention the location is fantastic! Katja from the leasing office is amazing! She was so helpful with the application and leasing process I can’t thank her enough!

Only two weeks in but I know the Boca City Walk is going to be the jam. Move in was so easy, staff was super pleasant. Apartment was clean in a well maintained building. Thanks for the hospitality and look forward to the year ahead

I LOVE THIS APARTMENT SO MUCH! By far the best apartment I have ever lived in, although I was only here for a short lease I wish I could have re-signed for many more leases but I have to move for work! The apartment itself is beautiful, I live in a studio but it’s a huge studio and so homey, very sad to leave. The leasing office has always been super nice as well! The amenities here are amazing! Everything about this place is amazing! Would recommend this apartment to anyone

Considering in moving to Boca Ratón, called a lot of properties. The one that made a great impression to me was Boca City Walk! Highly recommended, management is very professional, listened to my concerns and made me laugh. I look forward in making Boca City Walk my home.

Great location to explore downtown Boca Raton. So many things to do within walking distance. I've lived here for 6 months now, and management and maintenance have been very nice, responsive, and helpful. Requests are dealt with effectively and quickly. The amenities are awesome and I use them frequently. Boca City Walk is a great place to live! Highly recommend!

Site-unseen renter here!

The leasing staff is extremely helpful and communicative. With Katja's help I managed to lock in a great south facing apartment site unseen, sign all paperwork, and move in without having to fuss over the normal nonsense with renting.

Community, pool and amenities are really nice, great size gym and outside bar area. Parking garage has enough spots too, which is great.

This place is walking distance from coffee, grocery, and a short bike ride from the beach. 10/10.

I have been living here for over five years and it has never been better! The maintenance staff is on point always and the management team simply delivers 5 star ‘Marriott style hospitality’; genuine concern naturally.

They close very early even the residents seem upset. I just wanted information but it appears my business was not needed. Actually this deserves half of a star.

I’ve lived at Boca City Walk for 4 months now and couldn’t be happier! Management & maintenance have been a pleasure to work with and are very responsive to any request. The location is amazing and the amenities are stunning! Package delivery services have been upgraded and now all packages are delivered right to your door. No more searching for your package in the mailroom. Great place to live!

This is my 4th year at City Boca Walk and the improvement on customer service, house keeping and maintenance during the last years is amazing! Thanks to Marianne, Katja, Danny, Ron and all other people that are part of the City Boca Walk team, great job!

I’ve been at BCW for 6 months now. The management team does a good job of communicating with us and they are constantly hosting events. Great amenities and a great location.

Great location and management is on top of everything. Obviously this is an apartment building complex so people complaining about management and maintenance are out of touch with out how things really are. There are hundreds and hundreds of people living here who are constantly in need of help and the staff does there absolute best to attend to every single person who puts in a request. Highly recommend living here for those who are in search of a new great location.

Kat is the gem of the community! Very knowledgeable, funny, and most of all honest, had it not be for relocating I would have signed with the community in a heartbeat! Great choice Greystar! You got a great one on your hands
