Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center

Not a bad place to stay in Boca the staff was very nice. The breakfast is really big and there’s a ton of options and it’s right next to this strip mall that has a ton of different food options and shopping so it’s centrally located and the rooms are definitely pretty good. The bed is good nothing spectacular, but also worth the price.

Highly recommend. Fantastic location, clean hotel and room. Surrounded by many restaurant options.

My husband and I stayed at the Boca Raton Marriot for three nights during my pregnancy. Staff was very accommodating, location was great and I especially want to thank John from the front desk who personally brought up some tea for me at 3am, long before room service was open, just because I felt so nauseous and was in desperate need. Thank you John!

If wowing was the assignment, like a steak. Well done! It was truly an experience worth repeating.

Unfortunately, an issue with room service and the property's response to the situation is preventing a 5-star review. The meal was ordered with no condiments and came covered in mayo. The kitchen closed so a replacement could not be made. My daughter was assured that the charge would be taken off. Well, it wasn't and after going back and forth with the hotel several times they don't even see the charge. Now my credit card company won't let me dispute because the meal was not returned. So, in the end a great weekend was ruined.

I was reserved king bed room on October 15. Saturday 2022 and when we try to check in at 4 pm receptionist told us they need 40 minutes to get our room ready, then after hour they Manager Kristine ask for another hour, and another 45 minutes, then on and on then at 8 pm
[ 4 hour letter ], Kristine told us she can have queen room [ but need more time ] and we did not have choice, so for $ 500 at night this is what you get, Kristine excuse was they have late check out and problem with a staff? Really? Edin K.

Stayed here for a wedding great staff great room. The pool was amazing the restaurant was great. Didn’t hit the gym but it looked nice. Multiple restaurants within minimal walking. Had Roscos Tacos and it was great.

The attitude of these workers are just so unwelcoming, the gentleman at the bar when asking for coffee had a attitude that is uncaristic of a Mariott worker, it made me so disappointed for someonen who not only worked for a Mariott but, a GM of a large corporation.

As a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member, I feel that this property exemplifies what every full-service Marriott should offer across the board. Staff is really great, M Lounge is great, rooms are super nice and hotel decor is spot on.
I do feel that more Marriotts should offer free room upgrades to Elite members when it is truly available though. Otherwise, would love to stay again!

The Hotel design and structure is outdated, but surprisingly! Super Clean. Rooms are updated, amazingly clean and have a premium feel. The vistas on the top floors are surprisingly good, for a hotel surrounded by residential areas. The hotel has a clean, very spacious pool… but the views of the front entrance of the hotel from the pool, leave something to be desired. You can just walk downstairs and enjoy the wonderful Rocos tacos or tap 42…. Literally at your door steps. The Boca Town Center Mall is across the stress, surrounded by many great restaurants. Delray superb restaurants are a 10 minute uber ride away. If you find this hotel discounted, it can be enjoyed as a leisure hotel, rather than its intended corporate target.

Booked a King bed room for four and requested a roll away bed. Upon arrival at reception was told that a roll away bed could not be put in the room I booked due to fire safety constrains. Not only did reception manage to find us a new room which worked and apologised but they gave us a discount on the room. Thank you to Evan and his team at Boca Raton Marriott!

Great hotel very conveniently located. Very clean, great service, awesome vicinity with walking access to shopping and dining.

Being an Ambassador member we asked for upgrade. We were told none. Parking lot was empty. We then asked if they were full. She said, no they had over 100+ rooms still available. When I asked if a suite was available she said yes, but was booked for 9/7/22. Well we were only here for 1 night so that should have been offered to us.

Not happy with how she handled our reservation after a 4.5 hr drive.

Ambassador status is not easy to achieve and means a lot of money and days are spent at the Marriott hotels. So to be denied upgrade when a room is available to an Ambassador member is rude.

Room was clean and what you'd expect from a Marriott. Service lacked greatly.

We have stayed here a few times and have done parties, gatherings here, as well. Very nice hotel with excellent service. Very clean and welcoming. Always consistent. Great location.

Very nice hotel in a shopping, restaurant, and business area. Conference rooms are beautifully lit, pool area was a little tight.

Nice rooms. Hotel was very accommodating to default to my room preferences that were a holdover from a road job without me even asking

Hotel was clean, Comfortable safe and close to everything you need while on vacation has a nice pool and jacuzzi walking distance to the bars restaurants liquor store hair salon jewelry store and clothing store everything a women could want while on vacation I'd definitely book it again.

Staying on business, the hotel was good with large clean rooms and great full length windows to take in views. Very comfortable beds! Breakfast was ok but expensive if you only want a pastry or cereal!
