I wouldn't allow my dog to live n there, it's disgusting dirty filthy stink, all of the employees walk around doing nothing but, gossiping this place needs to be shut down as soon as possible I will be filing a formal complaint with the federal government

These 1 star reviews do not surprise me. I was accosted (and yes, I know what the word means), by a salesperson named Joseph. He may or may not have been an addict (in the end that doesn’t really matter), but he was clearly commissioned. I had to hang up the phone after several minutes of abuse and condescension (not something addicts really respond to). I talked to Walter when I called back, he was polite. I hope Joseph learns a sales technique from this post. I actually respect sale people, but this was wrong and harmful.

Warning do not place your loved ones in this facility our mom was at the Boca Rehab center We had a hard time getting a vascular doctor to see her every time we ask who was her primary doctor working on her case We were told that they would leave Dr.a note that we wanted to meet with them but nobody ever met with us.we wanted to know what the plan was We never saw the Dr. Working on her.
She was left soiled and not changed until we came in, as soon as you come into this facility the smell hits you of urine and feces, The nurses aids just sit talking among themselves
We could see them from the room they're either on their phones or napping yes naping we could see from my mom room, there's bad communication among the staff a language barrier problem
it was hard to understand also on a positive note her physical therapist team was really good also when we did have problems and we spoke to administration they did their best to correct any issues. We do recognize it's an old facility they need funds they really do We were in shock when we found out we had to buy our own wipes and
Pee pee pants and other items. If you end up placing your love one in this facility be present let them know you're there whatever you purchase for your loved ones write there name on everything you purchase.
She was not bathed daily unless we ask there was one or two nurses aids that were very good about it
there's so many safety issues like wires hanging down even after I show them photos and spoke to them about it nobody ever came and made any adjustments, the paper towels in the bathroom are right over the toilet wall sustains problem with the food there's no options for food you don't get to pick what you like and do not like you get what they serve and It's much to be desired many times my mom didn't even eat she would end up drinking the boost the dresser we were to use look like it had mold on the bottom drawer, at one time they brought us roommate that poor lady cried and yelled all night long My mom did not sleep when we brought it to their attention their solution was to move my mom since she was one that was complaining that lady cried and yelled all the time she until her loved one made a big stink and had her moved They would stand right outside my mom's room disruptions all the time the intercom constantly making announcements staff and nurses would stand outside her room just to talk when we requested to have her move we had to wait until the social service person return we finally had her move to a better facilities.

Can’t forget to leave a review to say how appreciative I am of this facility and the care they provided. Lots of bad stuff happening in places like these, so I was very hesitant, but I have to say that I am overly pleased with the outcome. Thank you!

My brother put my Mother in this place. It was so bad right from the start. The nursing staff didn’t do anything for my Mother. She was in a wheelchair that was tilted back and they put her lunch tray on the table. There was no way she could reach the food. I was feeding her and another lady at the table. The staff was all sitting around a table chatting. Not paying any attention to the patients. I found that to be totally unacceptable. My Mother ended up dying there. As sad as I was I was glad she was out of there. I would NEVER send my worst enemy here. Please don’t ever let a loved one go to this horrible place. You will regret it forever.

The “skilled” Nurseing needs a lot of help with reading doctors orders! They keep contaminating my insulins by improperly and against doctors order on delivery instructions! 1 they do not inject air into the vial first they draw the insulin first then let the air that went into the syringe from the bottom of the syringe into the bottle (vial) so what happens when you combine it that way? ! You get cross contamination! Or useless insulin! Beware especially those that can’t take care of themselves!

A place filled with staff and medical professionals who are doing their best to aid in the physical rehabilitation process and daily care of many. No this is not a 5 start resort and yes we encounter many of the same issues other nursing rehabilitation centers may face. But the effort put in by all workers connected to this facility to keep residents safe and cared for is amazing. The therapy department here is topnotch too.

As the Admissions Director at Boca Raton Health and Rehab, I must say we have an amazing overall team. The nursing and therapy department really take pride in caring for the patients and residents who come to our facility. At Boca Raton Health and Rehab, our goal is to ensure we provide effective, safe, efficient, patient-centered, equitable, and timely care. In which, we have the 5 star quality measure rating from The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to prove it. As the Admissions Director, I interact with numerous patients and family members on a daily basis; where they share their testimonies about how glad they chose Boca Raton Health and Rehab; which is based off the genuine atmosphere, the care we provide and not the negative perception given by someone else. After families who come into our facility for tours and spending that one on one time with the staff, feel more comfortable about their love ones being at our facility for the next two weeks or even long term with us. They’re happy with the cleanliness of the environment, the attitude from the staff and the services we have to offer.

Most of the nurse don't care for the people there. I called and asked for a blanket to be taken to a resident that they and the nurse get smart mouth with me talking about he grown men and can ask for his self and hang up on me.and then refuse to get the blanket for the resident had to call 10 times before a lady pick up the phone and said she will go get a blanket for him. But the male nurse on 2 shift don't do nothing for the resident

This place is unbelievable. The staff that answers the phone is rude, not an ounce of customer service to save their own lives. My aunt was never given physical therapy since she has arrived there. She's just place in a bed and couldn't never move until her final moments. I would never recommend this facility to anyone I know even if it was the last one on Earth.
