Walked in and requested for a tattoo specifically how I wanted it. The tattoo artist was arrogant and tried to change my mind on where to put it and change the style of it. Made me feel very uncomfortable, so I ended up leaving unsatisfied. Also nobody was wearing a mask or social distancing, very scary!

I got a tattoo here by Mike and I wasn't impressed.after it healed the lines on the tattoo were jagged. I told him I need to get it touched up and he wants to charge me extra.this shop and the owner is on some BS! Don't even bother with this place.

Walked in and got my belly pierced and my first tat. The guys are all so chill and make you feel really comfortable. I’ll be back 100%.

I came here to have my piercing that fell out put back in. The customer service was amazing Johnny and Mike took great care of me. Very clean, friendly and fast.

Oh my God! They are sooooo rude at this tattoo shop or what ever u want to call this hole in the ball. They were so disrespectful, all I wanted was my navel pierced and they were acting like it’s the hardest thing to do.this place is atrocious, btw there are not safe and they do not wear masks, they don’t care about ur health

Danny is really nice and is very good at making sure you aren't nervous. Very good customer service and interesting stories. They don't use piercing guns either so that's a plus! Would definitely come by again)

I got my nose pierced, and got a tattoo, I had a little issue with my nose Danny said come back and helped me with no issues. You know it’s a good team when you come in to work on you day off! I came in with my friend that was getting a nose piercing and she was nervous but Danny assured her that everything would be fine. It was a quick process, we were in and out in 10 mins. Will definitely be coming back again to get something for myself

Mike did my 10g septum piercing. I needed it flipped upward because of work and he did it well. It is practically invisible. Props to him for this difficult piercing.

Today i gotta tattoo at Empire Ink and the place is great. Very clean and they staff was very helpful and friendly. I gotta tattoo done by Mike and they guy does awesome work. The best i've ever got tattooed by. I would totally recommend going here. And the prices where very reasonable for great work

I had came in with problem, I was extremely scared and worried. Danny was person that had took care of me and he was calm. He made me feel comfortable and help me with no problem. There was an apprentice named Alex’s, before the even entered the room to watched and learn, he made sure I was completely okay with him being there and made me feel safe. The shop was clean as well!

I had my nose pierced by Danny, he did a terrific job! I was so nervous since it’s my first piercing and I’m a wimp, but he made me feel comfortable, and informed, and did the piercing so quickly and smoothly I barely felt! Would definitely recommend this shop:)!
