Nice place, condos are nice and office staff is nice.but condos residents are the worst, very rude and full of Karen’s! Stay clear of the residents if you stay here. Had multiple rude encounters especially in the front building, if you stay here I recommend the back building by the water. We experienced a very rude resident who stated “dogs are not allowed” and then proceeded to walk her dog and ours was a service animal.

I unfortunately would not recommend this spot to live- I've been living here on a 1 year lease and hope to move out in November. This summer has been incredibly noisy and not peaceful, you would think this place would be a quiet and peaceful place to live, but the amount of loud, noisy and disruptive construction going on is absurd. Going on week 2 of extremely loud and disruptive construction going on not to far from my front door starting before 9 am. Doesn't seem like there is a lot of respect for tennants. This place is honestly a big joke. I look forward to the weekends so much when all the construction stops momentarily. If I were you, consider all options before settling for this place. It's okay, but not that special.

Good locations terrible place. It’s a battle of the residents vs guests. HOA people are a total power hungry joke. Bring your kids great just don’t put an inflatable in the pool. My family and I have never felt so unwelcome in our lives. So if you’re willing to spend the ridiculous amount of money it cost to stay here be warned. Unbelievable

That's not have any business to do in the Condominiums was there just picking up a co-worker from a relative's a very well-kept place, spoke to a few homeowners while I was waiting for my coworker they were friendly and wished me I have a good day
