Been here a couple of times. Food and service was great as always. Huge thanks to Juliana for being a great waiter.

It was a wonderful service and the food was amazing. Overall 10-10 I would definitely recommend. Juliana gave the best service and was really good.

Not coming back again. I see so many different bad reviews from months ago and it seems you don't do anything to solve the issues. Bad service. Long waiting time without having many customers. When we arrive the waitress didn't even greet us. Nothing

We waited 30 minutes for food to arrive. The food was ok. Way too much soy sauce and nothing really good about it. The service was terrible, I found out they added a service charge of 18% to the bill which is probably why she did not make an effort to offer quality of service. Will definitely not come back.

Good food in a cozy little spot. A bit understaffed for the amount of patrons causing service to be quite slow. Not somewhere to go for a quick lunch bite.

About the food, we didn’t get the food we order, they had to make it again. So the waiting was very long even though there were only three tables to be serviced. The arepas were awesome.the guy who waited on us saved the day, very friendly but the others were full of attitude. I would not go back, but maybe they deserve a chance from others.so try it, because of the delicious arepas

Food was good as expected, but way over priced. One entry, 2 juices, 1order of tequeños $90. They need to review their prices otherwise clients will go elsewhere.

I have heard great stuff about this place so we decided to visit on Black Friday. Well to say the least the food was terrible so was the service. We did mentioned to the waiter we were not familiar with the menu. His best advise was to read the menu and decide what to get duh. In any case the food at any fast food place taste better than the one offer at this location. My honest advise do not spend two cents here, the food is terrible and the help is deplorable.

Service was absolutely horrible staff was not attentive at all. Took forever just to sit down and had 0 privacy. If your looking for a romantic dinner this isn’t it.it’s a little hole in the wall that doesn’t deserve all the hype.

Great atmosphere and delicious food great Peruvian and Venezuelan cuisine fusion the flavors are awesome the personnel are very courteous and frendly the only cons for this place is the space is very small less than 20 tables

Staff was friendly and Courteous. Good tasting food quality. Dessert was overwhelmingly delicious, if you love Chocolate and icecream. There was many different options for food/desserts. Small place but nice decor and its local.

Walked into Bocas grill around 10: 30 pm to order dessert. Our server Stephany immediately let us know that she was annoyed with her tone and attitude. When I asked her for a minute she stood by our table staring, making all of us feel rushed
When it was time for us to pay, she reached over me to grab the check and didn’t excuse herself.
The food was great but would likely not return due to the lack of service.

Overall okay, they restaurant is very hyped because of their desserts. The Peruvian/Venezuelan fusion food is okay. It’s not to my taste. Small restaurant tho.

Really bad experience. The rice swam in fat and try to talk to the manager just to give my complaint so that the improve and did not attend.

I came here solely based on the pictures I saw on Instagram that my friends posted. It did not disappoint. This is the first place we ate when I came to visit my hometown in Kendall. HIGHLY recommended that you eat the desert first.

I had the most delicious dessert ever! A Dulce de leche shake! Wowww! It was heaven! And the service was excellent!

The food is better than good, and the staff is courteous and excellent about being attentive. Nothing bad to say at all about Bocas Grill. 10/10 experience.

The food is really good, they have a variety of options and the portions are great. Waitresses are very friendly. The place is just a little small for the popularity of the place, but it’s worth the wait.

Great place and food, but you have to be early if you don't want wait 1 hour outside. It is a small place but the food is worth it.
