I’ve been a customer for many years. They are gracious, understanding and helpful. They keep the latest technology and they give good advice. The eyewear selection is great!

I’ve had a lot of vision changes over the past couple years and the experts at Bocaview have really eased my way through.
First, I love Dr. Ryan Beck. His expertise and knowledge are matched with an easy-going demeanor that I find very reassuring. The techs and he do the most advanced and thorough refraction that I’ve ever had, in less time, with the least discomfort. The results are a precise and accurate prescription.
Nancy has the patience of a saint with insurance companies and their screw-ups and cranky me when they’ve “lost” me in their system. Amber is a sweetheart as well.
Ryan Himmel, the store manager, has helped me with frames, sizing, etc. He has a great eye for what shapes and colours complement one’s face shape and colouring. He always helps to maximize insurance benefits, to get a high quality product without breaking the bank.
Love the music they have while I’m perusing the wide selection, and the lighting and the many many mirrors. The place is big enough that even when they’re busy, you’re never feeling cramped sharing a mirror with someone else, which I’ve experienced at so many other places. Also I like that I can see how my glasses look in artificial light AND natural light, which is often not the case at other optical places.
I’ve observed Lab Specialist Mondee Catul with other clients and enjoyed his repartee with them as well. Optician Araceli Rodriguez is a key person in the final product of The Best Glasses you will ever be Happy to wear!

Scheduled two different appointments, one for me and one for my husband, through their website. I printed the confirmation and took it with me to the appointment, but when we arrived the receptionist said she didn't have us on the schedule and we could come back some other time. Wasn't very friendly either. Don't have online scheduling on your website if you aren't actually using it. Big waste of time. Fortunately LensCrafters took us as walk-ins.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Mondee who did a fantastic job with getting my glasses right so I could see correctly with my new glasses. Ryan, the gentleman who did my eye exam, was also very professional. I recently went into Bocaview Optical in need of glasses and an eye exam. The staff was extremely helpful in every way! From scheduling my appointment to the exam and especially when it came to picking out my frames! Each staff member provided excellent service for me and were very friendly! The Dr explained everything and made my exam a much more enjoyable experience. Also, when it came to picking out my frames, Ryan, was awesome! Very patient and very helpful! I highly recommend this place:)

Dr. Beck is the reason I am providing 5 stars. I found him to be very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and patient. The rest of the staff is fine, but he is truly the reason why there are so many satisfied people going back to this place.

The staff is amazing-their customer service is superior! They go out of their way to help their customer find the best frames that suites their personality-with lots of patience! The selection of frames is amazing-designer brands-all different styles to choose from! But the most important review is how the prescription lenses/frames came out-and hands down the best, easiest experience ever! We will definitely come back and let our family and friends know what a hidden gem this place is!

Always excellent customer service. Everyone is very attentive in the store and eager to please. Dr. Beck is wonderful and takes the time to do a thorough eye exam. The assistants also take time to ensure that the customer is able to put in/take out contact lenses. I would recommend this store to anyone in need of eyeglass wear or contact lenses or an eye exam.

From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I got a great looking pair of glasses, with the perfect prescription lenses.

I haven't had an eye exam in ten years. Needless to say I was a bit worried at what I may find out after so long. Dr. Beck was a complete professional and made me feel comfortable the whole time. He has an amazing ability to build rapport with his patients while gliding through the exam. He was clearly born for this profession. I may have to make eye exams a consistent thing.

Dr Beck is hands down the best. Highly recommend this place. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful as well. They also have an awesome variety of high end products to choose from.

5 Stars! For the incredible team here at Bocaview Optical. The entire staff is super friendly and you know that they really care. Store Manager Chris' patience, time, and phenomenal follow up is greatly appreciated. Dr Beck, Mondee, and Cynthia are awesome too. All of them are always smiling and genuinely love their jobs. I recommend this place to EVERYBODY. Sooo much better than those big Vision Franchise places.
