They really took care of me and my truck. Very professional. Pleasant people to work with and I highly recommend them. My truck looks great after my accident.

I mean.you can't shoot the messenger, right? They got my car in for a water intrusion test very quickly, got the job done. They had to deliver me some bad news. Okay, really bad news. But Mark was very professional. Very understanding. Definite thumbs up and 5 stars.just wish the news was better! Haha.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Body's by Doug. Donna and her crew were wonderful. I had body work done on my car and they were great! Donna gave me an estimate and I didn't have to pay any additional money. They were extremely professional and very honest, which is a rarity dealing with any type of a car company. The other estimate I received from a chain body shop was twice as much and they were extremely rude. I highly recommend this locally owned business. It renewed my faith in dealing with a business that cares about their customers.

Great experience working with Donna and the entire staff that I interacted with. They were patient with my questions and info gathering to figure out what work was worth doing, and what wasn't on my older (but beloved) 4Runner.

I can only hope that I don't have any future body damage that will need repair, but if I do I know which shop I'll be going to for the repairs!

They are the best auto body shop in Brevard County. Every time I have them work on my vehicles, they always astonish me. They are very professional and they support veterans. They respond quickly to inquiries and keep you updated on your vehicle. They will always have me busy and I will only refer others needing auto body service to them.

When to get my car done owner told me one of her workers are out sick but we started to go over the estimate got to the part with the rust. I ask her how are you going to stop the rust from coming back her said clean it up and putty over it I asked her there a product out there that stop rust her told me to get my car out of her shop. (. Very none professional) I waited 6 months for nothing. I don’t think her wanted to do the. Job it is a 1965 mustang ty

I am so glad I used Body’s by Doug for my front end repair after an accident. Donna at the front desk helped me navigate the insurance claims and the repairs were done in a timely manner. When I arrived they were drying my car after cleaning the outside AND inside. Great experience and I will definitely be back.

What can I say about Body's by Doug, Once again Donna and her team hit it out of the park. I order parts from ACS composite. And they did a great job adding them to my C7. Donna's team does such a great great job that you can't even tell what they added to my car. And believe me you will NOT complain about the work they do or what you pay for what they do to your car.

They did a spectacular job with the servicing of my corvette. The quote remained the same. All of my requests were handled professionally. I am so impressed with Body by Doug. Donna is wonderful, as well as her entire team, including the dog. They will always have my business.

I was in back-to-back accidents with damage to both rear panels of my car, including the wheels and passenger doors. Sometimes you see a body job and it's very noticeable that work was done. No one, myself included, could tell my car had been through 2 accidents. Staff were all very friendly both the techs and the front of house - especially a beautiful German shepherd that needs to be employee of the month every month. Doug's also handled everything with the insurance companies very well and I never felt an ounce of burden over the transaction. Service was done in a timely manner, too. They specialize in antiques, but they were more than welcoming of my 2018 Civic. I'm hoping I won't NEED to use their services again, but I absolutely would and I would recommend my friends/family to them as well.
