Update on my situation Court was yesterday things went very well very strong he knows his business he get straight to the point, the mediator I loved him he was a really good guy he's very nice I felt very comfortable it's not like sitting in your living room watching TV but it's close I can't say much cuz you're not allowed that confidentiality business it took four and a half hours it was a long journey cuz it was a two-hour Drive but I'm very satisfied, and you know wants to put something so important and so precious to us in someone else's hands and you know they're going to do their best because you had to get them because you don't know how I understand and you know what they do to good luck to everyone and thank the people that I can't mention I don't think for my journey

My feedback isn't about the legal work they did for me but rather the lack of communication regarding my retainer and their fees. I wasn't notified as the case went along as to how their fees were accumulating. Instead a month after the case was closed, I received a bill for almost 3x the cost of the retainer I paid. Professional business practices are to keep clients aware of charges as they are accumulated so there aren't any surprises in the final bill. I have to do this in my business on a regular basis or I wouldn't have any repeat clients or any happy customers.
