My favorite Bolay location. Always fresh, tasty and good service. I much prefer this one to the Jupiter location, which tends to have burnt food which seems like it's been on the burner forever.

Good food, however they really need to put nutrition information out to the public. I saw a few posts from a couple years ago where they said that they were working on it

Amazing, fresh, delicious food with no slips in quality. This location has quickly become the spot. The service is quick and accurate. Marissa especially, offers a great energy and hospitable vibe.

Since its opening on Northlake in PBG I have been to Bolay at least 50 times. I consider myself a foodie and was always wowed by the food. I felt light and healthy when I left the restaurant. Very fresh although not organic. At that point my only real complaint was that the music was way too loud. The last two times I have been there in the past week the food has been tasteless, only slightly warm, and skimpy. But the worst part has been the service at this location in recent history. The servers did not engage with the customers but were chatting among themselves. One girl was very boisterous and vociferous. I rarely see the same servers twice which indicates to me that their jobs are boring or they don't get paid enough. What really grossed me out on my next to last visit was that someone on the staff was just outside the door braiding another server's hair. Really? In plain sight of the customers!
So after today I made it a point not to go there anymore. Tasteless food and worse service. What changed?

Delicious, healthful food. Portions used to be generous but now they skimp. Not cool at these prices.

I don’t often leave reviews but being a customer of bolay since this location has opened I’ve become more and more disappointed with this specific location as time goes on. I just went to go grab a quick lunch. Half the staff was sitting together having lunch, there was only one cook in the back and every protein was out. Literally every one. There was zero shrimp and pork, the chicken (both kinds) and the steak didn’t have enough for a full scoop and only thing they had was tuna and tofu which looked dry from sitting. There were a few of us waiting on meat restaurant wasn’t even busy there was only one person sitting other than the staff in the dining room. Every time I go in lately things are going to be “out in one minute” and it’s never a minute. One of the employees on break didn’t want the old pork mixed in with her bowl so while we are all waiting to finish up getting our food she made the girl finish her bowl first with just new meat.kind of makes you think about how good the quality is if she didn’t want to eat from that bowl as an employee. But also inconsiderate of the full price paying customers for her to have cut us all off to get “fresh meat”. Not sure how much I will continue to go to this location anymore. West palm is a lot better.

Sooooooo good! I apologize for not having better pictures. But that was only because we were in such a hurry to start eating. The food did not disappoint. Everything was super flavorful! I had a small bowl with quinoa, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, and an avocado. My daughter had a kids bowl with sweet potato noodles and shrimp. My son had a kids bowl with the Jasmine rice, chicken, tomatoes, and cilantro. My husband had the quinoa with brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, and shrimp. The portion sizes were plentiful and the food was delicious! Love that it is certified gluten free!

This location never has pork ready. Today was the fourth consecutive time this has happened. Seriously, what's the deal?

First experience with this kind of center. Pleasantly surprised about features including:

1) clean
2) helpful support team
3) Asian fusion or basic builds to cater to many flavor palate.
4) Good unique drink selections.

All members including the picky 2.5 year old left happy with little guilt with the choices. See you when you open in Orlando!

It was my first experience & I would definitely go back. It was different style but & I enjoyed the variety of bases, veggie and protein options. Long line though but expected at 5pm.

Always fantastic. Place gets slammed between 12: 00 and 1: 30. Food is tasty, fresh and well done. Great healthy food offerings. Ideal if they provide farm to table freshness. Cook locally, eat locally, farm fresh food offerings would make this an ideal location.

Not fond of cilantro and they have it in almost every dish. Limits my choices. Great manager offered substitute and I was treated fairly.

My original bolay. Reminds me of my ex girlfriend, and all the pain and regret.but the food is amazing so I stop in whenever I'm in the area, which isn't often anymore since I don't date anyone way up in wpb, but every now and then I'm dropping a patient off at JFK north and I can get lunch.

I cheat on you a lot with the bolay near hiatus and Hollywood, since I'm at memorial west a lot. I really wish one would open in the pompano beach area.

I've become a huge fan of Bolay ever since I walked into the Northlake location. The attention and service levels are first class. The food is not just delicious, but pretty much white-table level cuisine.

Usually I only take time to post reviews when I have a negative experience.however, the transaction I just had was so amazing I had to share! I went in to pick up my online order a few minutes early and it was ready for me. Ashley extremely friendly and helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed and then some, what a great team member Bolay has!

I visited Bolay and love the mixture of food, food was ok, asked for the shrimp I think it was $2 more, but I only get about 5 shrimps in the plate, since it was my first time I was asking the server about the different choices, she was not happy. Servers should slow down and instead of asking what's your two choices, briefly say we have BBQ chicken, lemon chicken, just for people who don't know what they are looking at. I will visit again hope the servers aren't in a rush next time.
